The location of this property is conveniently located to shopping and dinning and easy access to routes across Lubbock. Easy access to the property from Quaker.

Property was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, plenty of seating, and conveniently located. Would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay for graduation. Was able to accommodate everyone, even the ones who didn’t stay with us at the property. The only drawback was the master bed was extremely soft, but that was just a personal preference.

Everything was very nice. The side yard...no backyard was small but very clean and big enough for our small group. The communication was good but slow at times with our contact point. Overall, I would stay here again.

This was our first VRBO, and it set the bar high. We loved this house. It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed during our stay, was the perfect amount of space for our family, and was in a perfect location near our relatives, Market Street, and everything we wanted to do in Lubbock. We will definitely stay here again!

We came to Lubbock to see family get married. Everything we needed was available close by. The house was clean. Kitchen supplies and seasonings perfect. Coffee and creamer provided as well as some snacks. Very thoughtful. Communication was quick with Evolve Team and the owner. Prettier than the pictures. Would stay again.

This property was fantastic for our group of four adults. The home is very clean, roomy and up to date. The side patio was great for morning coffee. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the park that is only a few blocks away. It is very conveniently located for any Lubbock activities. I high recommend this home.

This lovely house has everything visitors will need and many fun extras. The security measures are wonderful, the beds are soft, and everything is even more beautiful than the pictures. You can rent with confidence!

We needed a private atmosphere for a reunion of lifelong friends and this property was the perfect answer! The freedom and safety it provided (as compared to a hotel) was over the top! Sitting around visiting until 3:00 am was something we never could have done in a hotel. The owners have provided everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the Evolve Team made sure that check-in was quick and easy.
We will not hesitate to choose this property the next time we find ourselves travelling to Lubbock!

We've stayed in about 8 or 9 VRBO homes and this one was the best by far. It was very clean. Instructions to get into, stay in, and leave the property were very clear. Items in the home were labeled clearly for convenience. Good price for the luxury feel of the home. The home has a lot of security features as well. Great place in a nice part of Lubbock!

We were staying in Lubbock for a few days while a family member had a medical procedure, then recovered. This house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. We had family that lives in Lubbock visit us during the days while we were there, and were able to use the provided games (there were many different games) and snacks to entertain them. I would stay here again for any trip to Lubbock.

The property was such a pleasant place to stay and everything was very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will recommend it to any group or family looking for a comfortable place to enjoy spending time together. The host provided detailed information needed to enjoy the amenities and had been thoughtful in all the details to make it a comfortable stay!
