podría estar en mejores condiciones las camas no son demasiado buenas, tiene detalles por mejorar. Falto Shampoo y el piso de la ducha no estaba bien.

I so pay for big room. and when we get in there and enter the room it's was been used underwear on the ground bed was dirty nothing not clean. so they say sorry and send us to small room. and said that they try to send someone to clean then they said that the air conditioner was been damaged but I was in the room the air conditioner was ok I see it in my eyes after few hours someone clean it and we can go to there the big room we check the room again there was underwear again and the Beth room broken all the Beth room in water. so we discussed to back to the small room. when I take a shower I find out the Beth room water is coming up !! they again said that they will send someone. ofc he never come

AC broken, kitchen stove doesn’t work, TV channel doesn’t work.

Die Wohnung liegt nur ca 50m vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Check-in und Kontakt ist gut verlaufen.

Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (nur ein Messer, Topfboden uneben, keine Steckdose für Toaster…). Handtücher trocknen sehr langsam.

Lage war ganz nett, 100m zum Strand, schön, um den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen

Küche: - es fehlen Besteckteile/ Schüsseln/ Gläser (es ist genau 1 Messer vorhanden, ein bisschen schwierig mit 4 Personen) - Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig - es gibt keinen Lappen/ kein Trockentuch - es gibt kein Abtropfgestell für Geschirr Bad: - Dusche läuft aus - Handtuchhalter am Unterschrank kaputt oder locker - Toilettensitz locker - Die Aufforderung das Toilettenpapier nicht runter spülen zu dürfen empfinde ich als unangenehm- das habe ich das letzte Mal in Indien erlebt, aber nicht in einem westlichen Land. Ich hätte das Appartement unter keinen Umständen gebucht, wenn diese Information vorab bekannt gewesen wäre. - die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher sind teilweise zerschlissen/ haben Löcher Schlafzimmer: - das Bettgestell ist gebrochen - die Plastikfolie am unteren Betteil ist ekelhaft - die Bettwäsche und das Bettzeug ist sehr schlechter Qualität - Bett ist zu klein für 2 Erwachsene Wohnzimmer: - Schlafsofa ist komplett durchgelegen, es könnte kein Erwachsener drauf schlafen - A/C heizt kaum, es ist kalt Es gab kein Bettzeug für das Schlafsofa, wir haben eine Decke gefunden und Kissen vom Hauptbett genommen. Auf meine Anfrage wurden nur 2 weitere Bettücher geliefert. Der komplette Boden des Appartements ist schmutzig, es klebt überall.

The location was absolutely perfect and the staff was very accommodating. Free parking in available infront as well should you have a car. The surrounding area was quiet and not chock full of people which was nice. Dania Beach is also a great alternative to the Hollywood Boardwalk area as it's not so busy and you are literally steps from the beach. The path to Hollywood beach is right outside your door so if you do want to walk it's right there. The Shell also felt very safe and secure and i will definitely book again!!! Thanks again!!

La Ubicacion es excente . a 50 metros del mar. El departamento es tal cual a las fotos No funcionaban el aire acondicionado del living, reclame pero no vinieron a arreglarlo

Pesima descripcion para el ingreso a la unidad. Llame a los telefonos que dan de urgencia y nadie atendio. Perdi 5 horas en ingresar. Prometieron devolverme el dinero de la 1er noche y hace 25 dias que lo espero. Todos los dias ponen una excusa nueva
