Nachtischlampe war nicht angeschlossen, keine Steckdose in der Nähe. Wasserkocher musste auf den Fusboden gestellt werden, weil das Kabel nicht vom Tisch zur Stecldose reichte.

This room was close to a venue I was seeing a show plus was very quiet and clean. I also requested a change to my booking the day before staying which they sorted out easily for me and was very quick with a reply.

I do wish there was more mirrors than just the one in the bathroom as it was rather high which made it hard to take out contacts, check make-up etc.

Helpful, friendly staff member greeted me on arrival and helpful throughout my visit. A 5 minute walk to public transport. Use of kitchen with kettle.

Spacious room

I came back to the place right before midnight to find the door locked after being out all day. I had to bang on the front door and scream to wake up the people who were staying or living there so they could let me in the front door.

Very good price. Shared bathroom for three rooms. Two rooms without guests, so I had a bathroom on my own. Very clean.

Property was absolutely spotless and clean. The bed was basic but comfortable and you get a table with a table cloth to put food items. The property is not far from the tram stop in a peaceful green area which was a lovely retreat at the end of a long day. The man at the desk was pleasant. The cleaning ladies who keep the place spotless were kind and helpful.

While I do recommend this affordable, comfortable and very clean hotel, this is a bit of a weird place. This is a potential gold mine - but cannot be at the moment owing to a strange lack of customer service and basic amenities. There were no food facilities - not even coffee machines or vending machines, or even a kettle in the room (easy to provide) which meant that I had to walk to the tram stop area to even get a coffee in the morning. When I asked the men at the desk (who were kind) whether there was a kitchen, they said "no." (I could see a really nice large kitchen area in the next room!!) They didn't say "No - we are in the process of renovating it" or "no - that is for our guests who have paid extra" - just "NO." When asked where one could get food they said "Go to McDonalds or Burger King" - very dismissive as if food should not be a concern of people staying in a hotel for a number of days! It was really strange behavior and I spoke in German so it cannot be language-related. Also weird was when I asked if there was a public laundry machine (again, useful to have in a hotel like that), they said "No." and then finally when I asked where one could do laundry nearby, the man said "just do it in ours when we are not using it" (which I did and which was nice of him - but there was no policy in place or laundry facilities for the guests - he was just dismissive!) The Wifi was fine so maybe they are improving - but still have a ways to go in terms of putting small things in place and being more responsive to make stays more positive.

The size of the room its big, its clean we stayed in the first floor no problem with the internet, value of money i didnt expect more

Its quite far for the public transport station ex bus/U bann stop we need to walk at least more than 7 minutes i think but bearable. The kitchen i wish its open 24 hrs or at least open late and open early

- The bed was comfy - The staff is very friendly - Early checkin was possible - The room was clean - I saw there is a kitchen, but I didn't use it, so I can't say much

- I booked "Two-Bedroom Apartment", which wasn't really an apartment: you get 2 separated rooms, the bathroom is also located outside of the rooms. That's not what you expect, when you book an "apartment". - The pillows and blankets are different in different rooms: in one of my rooms I had a very nice pillow and a blanket, in another one a flat pillow and a thin blanket - Even though the rooms seem to be clean, they are not cozy, it looks like it used to be an office. The white doors are yellow now, especially next to the handles. Also you can see there were some sheets of paper hanging on the doors before - that spots are still white. - Absolutely disgusting bathroom! I regretted I didn't take my flip-flops to take a shower wearing them. You can see the shower cabin wasn't cleaned properly, if it was at all. On the tiles above the sink you can see scorched marks from cigarets, the sink has cracks. Overall it gives a feeling of a public bathroom, I felt like I want to get out ASAP and disinfect my hands and stuff. Ew.
