Came to town to help move my daughter’s stuff into storage, while she comes home during summer break at Depaul. Great location, great place, great communication with the owner. Nice and clean and everything worked great. Would definitely stay there again

Overall everything was perfect. A little snag getting in but that is on us because we don’t know how to use the keypad properly, the codes were given. Once we got in, however it was perfect!

This property was perfect for us! Came to hang out in the city for a few days and catch games at Wrigley and Comiskey. It was an easy walk to Wrigley (and the restaurants and bars nearby). The L was easily accessible to take us anywhere we wanted to go.
The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities.
Justin was pleasant and easy to communicate with.
Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Overall, nice stay. When they renovated the basement they might have put insulation between the floors since the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy. Also, the WiFi is not great. We had to go to the Capital One cafe to work. Also, there is a smart TV, but it usually spends time buffering since the WiFi is not great.
Great location, though! The party that is Wrigley and the nice Southport neighborhood.

As advertised , great location and clean apartment with the basic necessities.
Could be a little more clear about which entrance to use during check in as not all of us are familiar with a “garden” entrance.

The apartment was in a great location just a few blocks from the L and all of the restaurants and nightlife of Wrigleyville…yet far enough away that it was quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located close to Wrigley Field and the local establishments.
If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us.
Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions.
We would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay here in this place. Very clean, simple, and affordable, which is exactly what we were looking for. Only in town for two nights with a friend and needed a quiet place to catch some rest before another full day of baseball/activities. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the easy check in and convenient location to Southport, Clark and Wrigley. The host was super accommodating and would absolutely stay again if given the opportunity. Thanks Justin!

Property was small but very clean and well laid out. Didn’t hear the train at all. Property manager was very responsive. VRBO had some glitches but not the property managers fault. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Pay for parking in the garage as street parking might be hard to come by. Perfect spot if going to a Cubs game.

We were close enough to walk to our daughter's place. We knew the neighborhood and enjoyed being back in that area.

The place was very nice! It had everything that was needed and the laundry was very easily accessible. Parking was slightly confusing but that might just be me haha other than that it was gorgeous and I’d definitely stay again!

Good safe location. Construction was going on next door which was pretty annoying but nothing the property owner could have done about it. It was still a great stay!

My sister and I stayed just one night to take in local music. Perfect place for us to chill and easily walk to wonderful venue and food and shops. Justin was very responsive and unit is great. Great finishes - only draw back is lack of soundproofing from other units within same building. Highly recommend for cozy getaway in a very walkable area!

Close to great restaurants on Southport. If you drive, make sure you arrange for parking as street access requires a permit. Easy to do with Justin. Also confirm if you need sheets for the pull out sofa. We didn't have any.

We had a very nice time. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. All the furniture including the bed were super comfortable. You're able to get around easily even without a car. We would definitely recommend this to our friends. A perfect place to stay if you're going to a Cubs game!.

The location is fantastic! The apartment is close to shopping, transportation, and activities. The property was clean, updated, and comfortable for two people. I was under the impression that parking was included until we received check in information. That may have been my misunderstanding. The extra fee was worth the convenience of garage parking. Pack a hairdryer if you need one. Great holiday getaway in a beautiful neighborhood!

Would be a great place to stay if coming to town for a Cubs game. Justin was a little hard to get a hold of, but overall, nice place.

The rental locations is perfect between Clarke and Southporte. Quiet neighborhood. Rental was very clean and well organized. Perfedt for my wife , 2 Corgis, and me. Bonus of having a garage to park in.

As described! Great location, super new/updated and clean. Amenities were great. Only negative in my mind was the noise. We were actually totally fine with the train, but the neighbors above I don’t think realize there are people below them. Furniture moving, high heels clicking, etc. I’ve lived in many chi apartments, so I get that this is city living. But if you’re sensitive to noise while you’re sleeping, may be an issue.

Stayed at Justin's with friends and 2 dogs - enjoying Chicago for Christmas. Perfectly located between wrigleyville and the Brown Line El...Everything I needed and the place was clean and recently updated. A nice stay

Our stay here was great. It was a clean and comfortable space in a great neighborhood near lots of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the location. It was in the basement so there is a flight of stairs you need to walk down to outside to get to the entry way but there is a railing. Not an issue for us but just mention it to be mindful if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty with steps.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. The location made it easy to walk to both the brown and red metro stations. The neighborhood was well lit and quiet. Regardless of the time of night, we felt safe walking back to the vrbo. We stayed in some nights and cooked; the place was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Justin was helpful and available anytime we had questions. Definitely would stay here again

Overall a good stay. The property manager never did respond about the parking so we just used the street. Also the place above us were very loud deep into the night. Loud, jumping and it sounded like they were jumping on the floor. My husband and I were not able to get to sleep until after 2 am. But we did like the location to our sons home and different places we went.
