Good location and friendly helpful staff , being given a free parking pass to park

Not a big fan of having to go to the sister hotel for breakfast even though it’s a short distance to walk to but the breakfast was good value for the price

The property was lovely and clean and the staff were lovely. It was a really close location to access things :)

The shower needs looking at as even when it is running cool, it seems to reach a really high temperatures every so often causing huge discomfort and could end up burning someone

Everything was fine, Had a lovely peaceful stay with grand children, just what we were looking for.

Location was perfect , close to everything but not too close . no breakfast or bar service as yet but they are in situ and will be ready to use soon very clean an the staff was helpful and friendly

The parking facility , the appearance of the old building , the room with comfy bed , the bath , the cleanliness , the proximity to the beaches , the friendly staff

No food facility as in previous years , i booked room only but would have liked upgrade option on site , no bar facility as in previous years , ( you need to take the licensed advert down as it is misleading ) , the bar lounge not being in use meant that guests have no lounge area to talk to each other , staff told me that only continental breakfast will be available i future if any at all , people predominately like full English breakfast , i have enjoyed the Park View in recent years but feel that the package without lounge area with bar and no food available has now become a diluted package , i would not stay here again due to this fact

I liked the size of the room and it had an adjoining room for my teenager. The beds were comfy and clean bedding.

The previous guests had been smoking in the room and it was very strong smelling the whole 3 nights we were there. The host did apologise and we were offered another room but it was smaller and didn’t come with an adjoining room. It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast.

The owner was lovely very friendly and very welcoming, The building is in a great location close to a lovely beach and overall the guest house was clean and tidy. Our room was really nice and comfortable.

Not a lot could have been better to be honest, if I have to fill this bit in I would say a few extra coffee, sugar tea and milk sachets in the room would be better, and only one little problem with a couple of cobwebs but to be fair they wasn’t really noticeable and could easily have been missed during cleaning,

Great position, 5min walk to the sea and close to the town centre. Off road parking + offered parking permit for on-street parking bays. Decent sized clean & comfortable family room.

Only saw the owners once and the lounge/(office?) was locked when they weren’t around. No milk with tea and coffee facilities but probably just an oversight. We were unfortunately kept awake on both nights by the room next door being loud into the early hours - luck of the draw as to who happens to be staying I guess!

Comfy bed, quiet location, close to centre

Our room had a bath and a shower head over the bath, which was awkward. It wasn't made clear that there wasn't a shower.
