Not enough cups, they did not provide hands soap neither shampoo.

The suburb is nice and quiet, the house is well equipped and perfect for 3 guests, and a couple more can sleep in the living more for a short period. Wifi working perfectly. A cosy and tidy flat with good public transports nearby.

Finding the entrance door is a bit tricky but the owner helped (contact him a little in advance if you can). A little noise from the heater in the kitchen but not an issue in the 2 bedrooms.

Great location and very convenient for us. Lots of parking and the size and layout of the flat was great. It was clean with no clutter and lots of appliances.

The walls were grubby and the sofa had lots of stains on it. The first night it was cold and unfortunately the heating went off. By the second night it had warmed up enough.

I like the location and that there was free parking.

The smaller bedroom was just a disappointment and disgraceful. The bed needs to go in the bin. How can you have a bed that's falling apart in a room for someone to sleep on . The base of the bed was just shaking, it had a big hole in the bottom. There were two old mattresses on the bed that was saggy and damaged all over. The plug socket in the room was coming apart from the wall . There was still washing in the washing machine. The owner really needs to sort these issues out before taking any more bookings, because the price is too high for these conditions . It's just a ripoff.

Location is great, and being able to have parking in London was a bit plus. Cute little flat perfect for spending the night in London.

When I asked questions to the owner I was ignored for weeks, even after I had paid. This made me quite anxious about staying here. I was also told I could not check in at 12, although it said on the page I could. Then agreed to check in at 5pm, to then last minute be told can I come at 6pm. The fold out bed was also broken which meant my friend and I had to sleep on a sofa which wasn’t the most comfortable and there was only 1 toilet roll left for 4 people.

Central location with easy access to all the main attractions

The entrance is sort of to the rear, think this should be clear in the description.
