Great location next to alot of beaches and easy traveling. You are on the first level with upstairs renters which can be loud, but can be curbed easily! Management of the property is amazing to work with and super responsive!!!

Unconventional layout, very small bedrooms with ocean views, huge common room with pool table, multiple couches and a murphy bed. Large balcony with ocean view.
Full size refrigerator, coffee maker plus tea kettle. Shared laundry. Over the top of an art gallery, only yards from the beach.

Amazing location that is walking distance to famous restaurants, surfers beach and right on the coastal trail. The place was clean and easy to access. The layout is a little unique, but it is just as it is described in the ad so there were no surprises.
I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the porch with rocking chairs where you can see the ocean, listen to the wave and just relax.
Beds were fabulous. Enjoyed the state park and Main Street. Would highly recommend coming here.
Husband loved the pool table too.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Beach Villa home. The location was superb, and the place was clean and inviting. Depending on your vacation preferences, it's worth noting that the two bedrooms are quite small, with limited space around the bed. However, the mattresses were comfortable, and the corner windows helped alleviate any feelings of tightness, especially in the room with the northwest-facing view of the ocean. (lovely!) Despite the snug sleeping arrangements, the four of us enjoyed each other's company and had a great time together. We would certainly consider returning for another memorable weekend. Thank you once again for the hospitality.

My daughter, best friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The house is located directly across from the beach with views from the patio off one of the rooms. Very short walk to multiple costal access points and restaurants. The house was very clean, cozy and well stocked. I wish there were screens on the windows so that we could’ve kept them open more and an earlier check in would’ve been awesome! Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

the windows and doors don’t have any screens and of course we wanted them open but to many flys. The windows needed cleaned. Kitchen small but we made do. Nice place and very comfortable

I love this location near Half Moon Bay. Easy access to long walks along beach. The house was clean and fun to stay in due to the pool table which we really enjoyed. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare simple meals when we were not eating at one of the any great restaurants nearby.

This place was amazing. Access to beach and ocean very nice easy. Loved the porch with rocking chairs to view the ocean. Easy acre for our trip to go north to the city or south to the Redwoods. Already wanting to come back. The beds we’re comfortable too.

The place was clean, well-equipped, no issues with anything. The main/common area is large while the bedrooms are small, and this worked out quite well because the kids loved running around the living room and the deck. We had to put the billiard balls and equipment out of the kids' reach because we were worried about damage, but that wasn't a big deal. Loved the deck with a view of the ocean. We were only able to stay one night, but would return for two nights next time. The kitchen was perfect for us, minimal if you want to do any significant cooking, but it was totally fine for a simple dinner, breakfast and snacks.

I love the apartment, it's very clean,spacious and right on the beach. You can walk to restaurants. We didn't want to leave.
