Loved our stay. The sunsets were fabulous, and we could enjoy every night from our private deck. So great to walk out right on the beach and relax or look for shells. Good eating places near us and free trolly near by.

We had a great time staying here. It went smooth and the location was great. I was a bit surprised with the host fee being 2 times more than the nightly rental fee.

This condo is in a perfect location. We loved being able to have the ocean view before us our whole stay. It was also very walkable to restaurants and stores. We highly recommend staying here!

A friend and I recently stayed in this condo on Bradenton Beach/AMI. The sound of the waves just steps from our lanai was so relaxing. Being able to open the large doors to fully the sights and sounds was amazing! The AMI trolley stop was about 20 yards away and so convenient to get around the island! We had a great time and will definitely return again!

Great location! Clean, with new higher-end appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Lovely beach view and easy access. Pool on site but seldom used, like all close by pools, faces the highway. Be sure you can carry your luggage and groceries up the 4 flights of steps for 2nd floor/just 2 flights for 1st.

The 2 Br 2 Bath condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The view of the beach was spectacular, and the decor was beautiful. We did have 2 issues: the first was check-in communication. We asked to be notified as soon as the property was available. I was told by phone conversation that I would be sent a test when our code was available. I checked my texts and emails for 2 hours and never received any communication. I tried logging into the portal with the link and it didn’t work. I finally went back to an old email and used a link to log in and finally got our door code. This was very stressful as were were pressed for time to get to a wedding rehearsal. The only other complaint was the extreme lack of water pressure in the showers. Other than those concerns, we had a wonderful experience.

Great location. Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Quiet location.

This condo is outstanding! It was clean, spacious, and right on the beach. Location was perfect for us. Right in between the downtown and Bridge Street area. The beach was perfect to walk on every morning. There was so much closet space and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. Beach chairs were also included! We are certainly not going to complain about the one lamp in the bedroom like a lot of people have. We don't spend much time in the condo, so that was the least of our worries. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a bit of a hard time identifying the property upon our arrival to Anna Maria. The description of the name for the property was different than what was in our email. The place was clean. The master bedroom has no dressers, only bookcases with broken out cardboard backs. One lamp with no shade for lighting. The bunk room has one floor lamp, the living room has one lamp about to fall apart when touched to turn on and the dining table lamp missing a shade. Could have used some additional lighting. Could use some updated large coffee cups. Overall, we were satisfied. with our stay.

The property was beautiful, recently remodeled, nicely decorated, very clean and right on the beach. The storage area had some beach chairs and water toys. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. There is a designated spot for parking (be aware parking is tight if you drive a large vehicle). There was a convenience store in walking distance. My only two complaints were the screened in patio, but I knew that when I booked the condo. A screen for me ruins the beach view and doesn't allow pictures from the balcony. Also, the master bedroom is street side against the main road of the island - traffic noise is loud if you want to do any late sleeping. Other than that, I would highly recommend this condo.

This place could be really nice if the owner invested in some basic amenities. Lamps - one light bulb- literally for the master bedroom. Need two lamps and a ceiling fan in the master room. 2nd bedroom light needed repair. Small sand fleas throughout kitchen. Need to store all food items in refrigerator. Could use soundproof door for master. Every morning woken up to road traffic.

Very sparsely furnished, zero rugs anywhere in the condo, dishwasher noT secured and tipped precariously out whenever loading spilling knives off top rack on floor, the worst was very poor lighting / light switches in every room were not operable and when I called to ask why & to get additional lamps the property Mgr I spoke with told me I was at fault because I did not look carefully at the pictures online. Unbelievable poor customer service, when I asked how I submit a review she stated she did not know how..miraculously I received a lamp an hour later after she repeatedly told me that was not possible - they did bring over brighter bulbs but I would not recommend renting this condo or any with AMI - huge disappointment

We LOVED our stay on AMI. The location of this property was great. Our door code would not work when we arrived. Anna Maria Vacations very quickly corrected this with one short phone call. We had a wonderful vacation and can not wait to return!

After a slight glitch in the entrance code, everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect; being right on the beach is unbeatable. The heated pool was a nice alternative for our children. The condo was clean and beautiful. The property management company was responsive and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere; and a dresser and chair(s) to the master. I highly recommend Island Sunset. We hope to return as soon as possible!

Absolutely love AMI ab Sunset Terraces condos. This is second time stay at this condo complex and first time in this unit. Everything was as shown on the website. I have nothing negative to say about this unit except it needs more lighting. I would definitely come back. Thank you for an awesome week.
