The front desk person, who goes by the name Sai, was extremely helpful and prompt with all the help that I asked if him. This place is undoubtedly getting a better review just because of him.
The property by itself is pretty average and they have got to update the pictures of the property because it's quite misleading.

We couldn't stay at the property as the owner gave our reserved apartment to someone else who paid him more even after reserving at Booking.com. Because of this we have to wait for 2 hrs for owner to come and resolve our problem but instead the owner came and started shouting at us and arrogantly asked us to leave the property.

Rooms are smelling and all the washrooms are not maintained well.
I went with 10 members and no one is satisfied. we vacated the room in one day and took a one more comfortable stay.
Breakfast is cold, No taste.
Not a good place for families.

One of the most fraud hotel this. I booked before 10 days. Mob No : 9025100398. I contact this number and i asked that when will pay the advance but he was not telling payment details. continually he was saying its confirmed confirmed and also i called and asked him one day before he said rooms not available will arrange some other property. i said ok but i reached his property my booking date he sent to other hotel that hotel is not like stay its very worst rooms like wine shop. and booked for 4 people one room. but he suggested to that hotel to give two beds and asked 4k with non AC. i really fed up and disappointed. and asked to cancel the booking before the next hotel. but i did not cancel i said him its cancelled. after that he not answering my call. almost 3 to 4 hours we were wasting to get the rooms. very very worst experience in pondicherry. i gone with family include my 1.5 yrs baby. then we find one hotel near that hotel.

I love this place, I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. I was comfortable walking around to different tourist places.. Especially walkable distance to serenity the beach . Overall good experience

Nothing is good in the property. The building is without a Name board. We had to spend time locating the building. The dirtiest character is placed there as a care taker. The owner is kind of a cheater. Customers are cheated through booking.com. rooms are badly maintained.
Toilets and wash basins are badly maintained.
The owner doesn't seem to have experience in hotel management.
