Hi, We really enjoyed our stay on Winnisquam. The home was in a great area of the lake, no wake zone. Home is close to everything yet so far away.

We stayed that the property for two weeks. Some big pluses for us, we were able to dock our boat at the house and there was still room for everyone to swim, kayak fish etc. Note: here is no boat put in here, but you can put in at one of the public beaches if you bring a boat and drive it over,or go to Winnisquam Marine and rent, it’s two minutes away from the house. The house came fully equipped so we could cook, hang out chill etc. beds are very comfy, good air conditioning and good outdoor space. I know prior review said were some teething troubles, we had none. Also mentioned construction next door, that is done. I was concerned about the very large house next door and if it was a rental property, it could get loud, but it’s not, the family who live there are very quiet. There is some construction at houses close by, but we found they didn’t start work until after 9am and were done by 6 and it was only during the week. This area does have a lot of houses close together but we had no issues with noise and being in a no wake zone of the lake, it’s very safe to swim in. We've stayed at a number of places on the lake and this was one of our favorites. Overall, all we had a great stay, Lauren is a great host and we will absolutely be booking this again.

The house was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Lauren (the host) was great. I would highly recommend it!

The house was perfect for our family. We brought our boat and could dock right outside the door. The house was very comfortable with lovely furnishings. The central air made our evenings very comfortable. Communication with Lauren was easy and quick. We would definitely go back.

This was a trip to visit the Highland bike park. We thought it would be nice to have some thing on the lake. This property was wonderful. Very clean, freshly redone, and wonderfully appointed furnishings. We would definitely come back.

Overall, the property is a 4 out of 5. This should improve as the new owners have time to fine tune minor issues and the 7 day a week construction next door reaches completion. I am an early riser and in the construction business, so it did not bother me. But I can see where it would bother folks who would like to stay in bed past 7 am. I did contact the owner during our stay, and she was very responsive and seemed very nice ovewr the phone.
