Cleanliness and space and very modern and reasonably priced

Very clean and tidy and comfortable. 2 beds, 1 bathroom. Free wifi. Parking space right outside the apartment. Walking distance to supermarket. 1.5 hrs to Auckland airport.

No free to air tv/sky available, not a big deal but good to know. We wouldn’t have cared except the NRL grand final was on and we couldn’t watch it.

Clean, comfortable & spacious apartment. Easy entry to apartment instructions so were able to arrive later. Close to all Hamilton amenities.

This was the second time we stayed here. It’s so close to the central city and is nice and modern.

Had a bit of trouble with lock box at first but all ok in the end. Maybe we could have requested a slightly earlier check in time say 2pm instead of 3pm but was no biggie.

The property was great, good location and very clean and comfortable. Good communication I would definitely stay again.

Not a biggie but only because I don’t have sugar in my coffee but my daughter however was disappointed that there was no sugar although coffee and milk was available. May have just been an oversight.

L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Le parking de la voiture se trouve juste devant l'appartement. Il y a deux terrasses.

D'être prévenu trente minutes seulement avant notre arrivée des dernières instructions notamment les codes pour accéder à l'appartement. Et comme je n'avais pas de connexion internet, je n'ai pas pu consulter le dernier message. Heureusement, une voisine nous a bien aidés car, en plus, je n'avais pas la bonne adresse !

Was great to have the car park situated outside of apartment. Loved that it was a ground floor apartment. It had good amenities. Loved that I could wash clothes and hang it out on rack outside small area fenced between apartment and car park.. lots of sun so dried quickly.

I thought it was quite expensive for checking in at 3pm to be out by 10am next day. This was my error - I had misread thinking they offered early check in and late check out. I would not have chosen this property otherwise.

The Property lived up to if not exceeded my expectations from the descriptions on Booking.com. easy and very handy allocated parking spot.

Not being that E savy with a mobile phone found the latish advising of check in details a little unnerving.

Great apartment, very well equipped with everything you needed. Clean and comfortable! Close enough to walk into town centre. Easy parking.

Only TV options were Prime and Disney.

The location was fantastic, we were attending a function in town and we could walk from the apartment. Very quiet location. Car park outside the front door. Plenty of room for 4 of us, great main island in the kitchen where we could gather for drinks and nibbles. Unit also has outside space that is fenced off and private. Levi & Jordan were great to deal with and we would definitely stay there again.

Single beds too small. I’m 5.9 and son 6.4 Otherwise would have been a 10/10. So beds prevent us from staying there again which is a dam shame
