The property is laid out very well for groups. We had 30 and it was very comfortable. One neat thing about the house is a bedroom on the main level floor had a wheelchair /handicap accessible OPEN shower…I didn’t know it until arriving but the two women I put in there definitely benefited. Also kitchen very well stocked and this was a blessing be a we cooked frequently in the house! Everything was very nice. The location is so easy….

overall it met our needs with the amount of rooms / beds and ample seating for meals and just enjoying company. the only issues we had was the crisper drawer face in kitchen refrigerator was off the drawer and laying on a shelf in the fridge. and not all the fan remotes had batteries in them or even back covers to keep the batteries in the tv remotes were the same way but these issues were not at all and hindrance to our good time. the house was huge / clean and great location from town.

I am a youth pastor and I brought our youth group here. We had 57 in the cabin and it fit us perfectly!

We did not initially choose this house because of the size or location, our reservation was canceled on short notice on another house due to water damage. But a great choice for someone wanting to be close enough to Gatlinburg to be able to walk. It was big and had many extra bedrooms for our 16 people. What it lacked were multiple indoor seating areas, the dining/living room was the only place we all could gather so the 2 bedrooms on that floor experienced all the noise. The rear decks were nice but the weather was hot. The kitchen was workable with the 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and large refrigerator & freezer but was lacking some essential cooking and prep items - dry measuring cups, colander. The refrigerator also had the lower shelf missing so no food could easily be stored there, and the drawer had a tendency to come out. Minor issues but annoying. We did notice the floor needed to be mopped as the bottom of the feet were dirty after walking without shoes. The beds were comfortable and most of the rooms were quiet, the outside A/C noise was bad in a couple of rooms. There was plenty of dishes, glassware and silverware for a large group. But for cooking, the stove top seemed a bit finicky to use. The pool is close and nice. A juvenile bear came by to visit a couple of times and slept in a tree in the back. Could be great house but no way I would have 60+ people in there.

Big roomy house but lousy equipped kitchen

Everything was Great. Any issues were taken care of right away. This is my third time at this location and would book again.

Great location within walking distance of downtown. Staff was very accommodating and fast to respond we had a problem. House was a great, comfortable, big place for our large family reunion with so many things to do! I don’t think our Mrs Pac Man scores will ever be beaten though😂

This place was great! Sleeps a ton of people and how pleased was I to see the kitchen was equipped to handle all of those people! Walking distance to the aquarium end of Gatlinburg. Only con there steep uphill walk back. Young people and kids, no problem tho. We saw bears 3 times during our stay. Right in the yard. Was amazing. Our entire family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.

Our 2 nights stay was very good. Except for the beds. Matress on most of the room were old and had dead bugs on them and 2 guests complains about live baby roaches on the beds. For the price paid this is unacceptable. Kitchen pots needs to be changed. Beautiful view and the house was beautiful. A little dissapointing.

The house itself was beautiful, lots of space!! We did have a few minor issues - the hot tub was not cleaned, had to call service man for stovetop, under beds were fairly dusty. The bigger issue we had was parking - the house sleeps 64 and we were only allowed 8 parking spaces. Unless you are driving a van that holds at least 8 people, that’s too few of spaces!! Otherwise, we were please with the house.

We absolutely loved this place. Want to be back next year!

We rent a house every year for a youth conference in Gatlinburg. This was the best house yet. It was so spacious and clean and really close to town. We will stay here again.

This home was perfect for our team and their families! There was plenty of space for the kids and adults. It was very clean and the location was fantastic.

The property was very nice. It was clean. The check in process was very easy and communication from the property manager was fast and helpful!

It was an awesome experience, 54 family members living laughing and loving!!! We even saw several bears, it was fantastic.

We had 8 families stay here (35 people) which was perfect, anymore prolly would've been a bit cramped. Loved the stay overall, rooms were clean, comfy and cozy. Even had a bear come right up to the porch and through the yard. Plenty of pillows and blankets!! Needed more towels available or a 2nd set of washer and dryers to keep up - between showers, hot tub, and pool-clean towels were like gold. Hot tub was a bit small for a house this size, a bigger tub or 2nd one wouldve helped, and it took an extra night covered to get it warm but it was clean. The trash outside was always full, we stored it in the laundry room til we seen the trash man to take it out. The Inside pool needed better ventilation it was very humid and heavily chlorinated, burned the eyes just to sit next to the pool, maybe a garage door addition to help during the humid hot season. Kitchen had most we needed, but would've been nice to have cleaning supplies, sponges, spray, etc. Need a new can opener or have a manual. Large fridge is still not working order but they did have 2 extra fridges there which were heavily used. Pool table needs new balls and pockets fixed but I reported them and they were pleased to add to the list to get fixed.. a marker board added to the fridge would be nice to share the codes with the cabin families. We loved the book past guest visits shared and wrote in!! Again overall we all loved this cabin and would stay again!!!

The price was a little high, but everything was great.

Amazing house!

Pictures do not do this house justice—it is so beautiful with spectacular views to match! The house was spotless with ultra-comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. It was equipped with every amenity to make life easy on vacation. The location was super convenient to the many local attractions. We had a wonderful week here and can’t wait to come back!

Great cabin! Clean, spacious, as advertised!

Some of the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. We had to move to rooms with cleaner bathrooms. This was probably because they were still cleaning when we got there and tried to rush to be done by check-in time which they were not. It took a day or two for floors to dry after the cleaning crew mopped downstairs on the lower floor. Location of property was close to downtown. We were able to find parking and visit the shops downtown. It was very convenient. Check-in process was very simple. The only downside of our trip were the wet floors and the dirty bathrooms on the lower floor.

Everything was wonderful. Great location and layout.
