Seen a roach bug as soon as we walked in but thats understandable. My husband woke up to a bed bug on him and seen another one on my daughters bed. We left immediately

It was a great experience

For the price, it was not a horrible stay. When we arrived, There wasn’t anyone in the office, however the owner/manager came out of their living space shortly after to greet us. The manager was very friendly. All the rooms are non-smoking however, guests are allowed to smoke right outside there room. And how this lodge is set up, we walked through numerous clouds of smoke to get to our room and the smell follows into the rooms.. Due to there being large gaps in the doors. We would have appreciated a designated smoking area away from the rooms. Entering our room, it was very clean and tidy. The room itself was older and you can see they are doing their best to update the rooms. We didn’t have any towels in our room upon arrival, and staff was quick to get us towels. We stayed for 4 days, we did not get room service any of those days. The hot water was probably the most frustrating thing about our experience. It went from Scolding hot to freezing cold.

This is an excellent option for a place to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg. I stayed here with my husband and two year old and it was perfect

Great and affordable little place.

Rooms were nice, beds have bed socks on them, TVs were huge, the place was nice and quiet. They had actual coffee mugs which was pretty cool too. Very homey

It’s a great hotel, short walk into town but in a quieter area than staying right there. The owner was super responsive and always making sure we had what we needed. It’s a simple hotel but met all of our needs and they still are continuously updating and adding more. We come to Gatlinburg decently often for vacations and will definitely stay here again.

Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable.

No association ever at the front desk, just kept a sign on the door to call their cell, never brought clean towels or toilet paper the whole time we stay and there were ants in the bathroom sink. No excuse as there wasn’t but no body staying there.

Oh boy... I rarely post such lengthy reviews but this one is necessary. The pictures on Expedia are very deceiving. No one was in the office when we pulled up. I called the number on the door and I said "Hi, I'm trying to check in." The young girl on the phone rudely replied... "Someone is in the office." I said "No there's not that's why I'm calling..." After getting someone to the office I asked to see a room first because I was leary it was going to be dirty. It was!!! The first room had filthy carpet but the lady insisted it had be cleaned. There's no way... The second room had cleaner carpet so we decided to stay because we're just passing through. I would not stay here on vacation. The entire dresser and most of the furniture has been cheaply built and the drawers do not have a track at all. They just hang and fall out. Bed frame bottoms are awkward and stick out. There's no top sheets. Literally bottom sheet, thin blanket, two thin pillows, and one small deco pillow. Janky bathroom with very poor lighting. Avocado green soap holder and towel holder in the shower. Sticky Kool aid or juice on the table near the window. I would say unless you are on a very limited budget find a better spot.

We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed

The guy that checked us in was very helpful. Outside scared us but rooms are really nice inside. Only complaint was shower was not cleaned, lighting was horrible in room, and no top sheet. Location was awesome.
