Good for early eurostar departure and return

Everything was terrible. I think it was too expensive. Staff was really rude.

Sometimes the music beimg played in the reception/ cafe area is a bit loud.

Except Staff. Everything is bad.

It is ok and room is small and everything must pay as towel or something. actually I do not like with that price

Here’s my view. Staff are all lovely. Great location, actually perfect. Just over the road from St Pancras, King’s Cross and Euston. So easy to get around. If you’re staying in dorms bring eye masks and earplugs and you’ll sleep well. You have to pay £3 for a towel. Hot water free from the bar on request. Clean comfortable beds. A little shelf at the bunks would be great, to put your things on. There’s cages under the beds for belongings but you need to bring a lock and key. Open all hours so very convenient for a snack/drink at night. Happy hour 5-8pm. Busy road so feels ok at night for a single woman

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Very clean! Lovely view of the station.

My wife’s response when we walked into the room was, “ At least it’s a step up from a hostel.” I’m not sure it was. The staff were super nice, but the room was a dump. The heater did not work. The bed was a 4 inch piece of foam covered in plastic on a steel frame. Pieces of the ceiling were missing. I have no idea how this had such high ratings.

There is no TV in the “TV” lounge ? I asked why and they said management decided to remove it Would not stay here again. Very very basic

Compared to other hostels I have visited the breakfast was twice as expensive for much less choice !

Sometimes I wonder if i could spend a month here before moving to a flat where i could finally reside. But it is only recommended for daytrippers.

I enjoyed my stay here. All the staff were super helpful. The facilities are always clean. Only downside was the bathroom in the room as very small and no hot water.

This is kind of a hidden gem in a super convenient area. It’s clean and is affordable. I’d recommend it!

Great location. Main drawback is noise from the street traffic, which truly is horrible, impossible to sleep, I suspect the windows were not fit for purpose... Also, no self serve kitchen as one would ecpect from a hostel...

It was perfect for what I needed.

Staff are very friendly, the bed is good. You need use your only lock for storage while you staying, and they charge uk$3 for keep your luggage after check out.

The service on the whole was good, and practical. The property location offers much convenience. Keep up the good work, and shoot for ultimate service in the industry, as well. The property was very well maintained , it was clean , light and bright and very welcoming .

Amazing location for train travellers. Friendly staff and clean facilities!

I loved the ambiance of the property. There room setting (co-ed) was also ok. However, I forgot to tell the front desk that their was a possible water leak in the bathroom. Their was a continuous dripping sound that appeared to be from the roof near the bathroom door. Please let them know.

The staff is over the top wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. Logan and Tanika are top notch. In a hostel bunk bed which can be a gamble, but I got lucky. All nice people. Had to extend my stay and felt very comfortable here.

It's close to transport

Unbelievable location in the very heart of London. Window views to the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel and the British Library. One minute walk to the St Pancrass station and King Cross station. In-house cafe&bar open 24/7. Very clean, ensuite rooms, and includes spacious quite areas.
