The rep was waiting for us on arrival, we were given a tour of the unit and all the instructions were very clear. We were asked to join a WhatsApp group and all our questions were answered promptly. We were there for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment which was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was amazing.

The pillows, although nice and soft were quite uncomfortable. A box of tissues would have been nice.

The Staff here was excellent , specially bharat who helped us show the room. Even the check in and check out processor was very simple

Nothing much but for a four days trip we would have liked if towels were replaced every two days.

- I booked the one-bedroom suite with two sofa beds - The decor is stunning - Whilst google doesn't give the best location, trust me, across the road is waitrose and a small mall which gives you direct access to the Dubai mall. You are literally next to China Town of Dubai Mall. So convenient. - Also a supermarket on the same road as the apartment - Access to a swimming pool which is nice - Kitchen is amazing, has everything you need from pots, cutlery, cups, oven, microwave etc.

- The TV volume is auto set to max 15 which is hard to hear as the aircon makes noise - You need to sign into your own YouTube or Netflix to watch things. They don't have channels to watch things on. Also, make sure you log via your phone or laptop because the TV is in Arabic which you can't change in the settings. - Temperate in room is set and you can't change it... at times too cold! - Toilet had an awful sewage smell - They gave only 3 tiny tissue rolls. We had to get more as they don't top up despite paying a lot per night - Toiltres are basic, I wouldn't use them as they aren't good. Bring your own. - You have to give cash deposit which they don't tell you during booking. You are only informed 24hours beforehand. I only had sterling which they thankfully took and returned when I left after inspecting the property. - Apartment needs a FULL length mirror!!!

Great Location. Dubai Mall is across the street. Clean and big apartments. Building with Gym and Pool.

The check-in and check-out process is a mess. Ten guys roam around the building reception, but no one is accountable. You don't know who to talk to to get your key. It's confusing and, at some point, concerning.

Nothing at all It was a horrible experience.

I have changed the three apartment each apartment. It has a different problem and there is a common problem that with the AC and all of the apartments and every time I was changing apartment, they told me is the only apartment that they have it and once I go to the apartment and they spoke to them and tough way they was changing it. It’s not appropriate behavior and attitude. They are a very commercial without respecting the guest at all.

The location! You can enter the mall just by crossing the street.

The pictures shown on the reservation were not for the apartment booked. The flat was a lot older than the photos. The shower needs renovation as the ceiling is dropping and the shower head just stopped working. This apartment is average and needs renovation, especially that has the location.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was clean and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a long stay. The apartment was fully equipped, including a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle, and more, which made it so convenient. The air conditioning was excellent. The location was perfect—just a few steps and you're right in Dubai Mall and around 15 minutes by indoor walking to Dubai Fountain! Bests, Farnoush

If you're planning to get around by train, the station is about a 25-minute walk away, but the walk is entirely indoors through Dubai Mall, so it's not a problem.

Very friendly staff & location.

The intentions were good but the apt was not cleaned properly and equipment was faulty (bedside lamps did not work because the lightbulbs simply were missing). And then there was a water leak from the ceiling in the kitchen on the last day.

Location was awesome, less than 50m in the open before entering the Dubai Mall. Spacious room, separate bathroom and toilet. Room deposit was collected in cash in my home currency (not a major one, but was still accepted). Daytime staff was very courteous. Good value for money

Arriving by car it's a mess. I was not advised to pass by reception first (and there was no way to stop there anyways). No signs on the parking lot that this is the correct entrance. Whatsapp calls of course do not work in UAE, so we needed to text each other to understand where to park the car. Same when getting the access card for the parking, nobody showed me where to use it and it was not intuitive.

كان جدا رائع كانت الشقة نظيفة. جدا. الموقع. قرب دبي مول. بل ضبط كانت الخدمة وتلبيت الطلب سريع. قريب على سوبر ماركت. وقريب من المطاعم شباب لي. يعملون بل رسبشنن. جدا. محترمين. شكرا جزيلا لكم انشاء الله نكرر الزيارة إلى هذا المكان الجميل

Everything was great, location is amazing and the apartment is very clean.

There was no cold water in shower, good luck taking bath in the summer.

Everything was in immaculate condition and very convenient, it is just across Dubai Mall. Prashant was very accommodating and very patient on waiting for us upon check in because we arrived quite late.

Nothing really. Perfect accommodation when traveling to Dubai.

地址不清，出租司机在附近绕了近一个小时，问了很多人都不知道，google map上也没有这个名字，显示混乱。最后打通电话才问清楚，其实非常好找，就在Address Dubai Mall Hotel的正对面，。但是我为此多花了60多AED的出租车费，耽误了四十多分钟，还险些错过预订好的哈利法塔的门票时间。本来步行几分钟可达的距离，不得不继续打车赶往哈利法塔。强烈建议提供更好的位置标识。找不到的人请直接搜索Address Dubai Mall Hotel。

Отличное расположение, близко к Дубай Молл. Персонал со всем помогал и подсказывал. Очень рекомендую, есть ранний заезд

Everything was perfect. Kitchen, bedrooms, toilet super clean. Great location , beside Dubai Mall, walking distance to Dubai Fountain. Convenient store just below the building. Highly recommended to family or couple who want to stay and experience downtown of Dubai.

Location is great, the size of the apartment is also great. The building is great, Dubai Mall is 30 seconds away. Our apartment had 2 toilets which was good. There's a washing machine but no detergent to actually use it. The bed was super soft and the pillows were great. The couch was comfortable too.

The overall cleanliness was okay - could have been better. There was only 1 mini shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 shower gel, which was not enough for our 3 days stay for 2 people. Also there was only 2 toilet paper rolls, so we had to buy ours. There's only 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person (total 4).

The location is close to Dubai Mall. Wi-Fi was always available. However, the apartment did not match the photos published on Booking.com and was dirty and smelled bad. The second bathroom in the apartment was locked and could not be opened, and it emanated unpleasant and unbearable odors.

I have stayed in different apartments during my travel to Dubai more than 20 times. This was the worst accommodation ever. The living area was not well organized, dirty, and smelled bad. There is dust on the windows and table. The kitchen is dirty, smells bad, lacks cleanliness, and does not have proper equipment. The bathroom available for use was dirty, the air drainage was not working, and the bathroom floor and walls were not clean. The shower handle was broken and could not be fixed in place. The apartment was only provided with two towels even though my stay was for 6 days. There wasn't even a single tissue box. In short, the apartment is disgusting and completely different from the published pictures.
