The apartment was great, near the beach and with a great living room/kitchen set up that was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The facilities were well maintained and the bedroom were spacious with comfy beds.

The property was designed to look attractive. The beds were comfortable enough. The shower and kitchen both functional.

There is NO on-site parking. This is mentioned twice in the rental description and was why we chose this particular option from several other more budget friendly choices. There was NO private beach area- mentioned in rental description. Sounded a bit weird but we expected there to be something. It was SO SO noisy. The times we were there (early evening to around midday-ish) there was VERY loud tv or music 24/7. It may have stopped after 2am when I finally fell asleep. This was from the upstairs neighbours. Started again first thing in the morning. It was COLD. The heating wasn’t working. It was a simple fix if you knew what to do but the owners (managers?)we phoned had no ideas or suggestions. The thermostat which is locked in a box, had been unplugged at the wall. A handy man was called in but he too had no idea. The morning as we were trying to check out a heating repair service turned up. They plugged the thermostat back in🤦‍♀️ With night time temperatures down to 10degrees C, it made for some chilly evenings. Not a comfortable 48 hours. Finally, there are the stone steps. These have been mentioned previously with reassurances from the owners that they would make them safer. There is no handrail. All in all, it was very disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations for the promises that were made & the price we paid.

This is a fabulous apartment. Light, bright and airy. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. We would definitely recommend! Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach.
