Lovely and clean, modern and well equipped apartment. We stayed as a group of 4 girls and 3 mams we went to watch the football at St James park, only took us 20 mins to walk back so great location for that! Also bus station literally metres away which is great. Also good communication from owner

Was in a great location right next to the metro so easy to get into town, place was big and clean.

I booked for 7 people in each room however neither of the sofa beds were made up or sheets or pillows left, when I rang up to ask they said I needed to request them but got it sorted in the end.

It was very clean when we arrived and look amazing just like the photos! It also comes with plates and cups, which were very handy.

The car park was quite small so we had to park in the one next door.

The apartment was newly refurbished, spotless and all facilities were as advertised and perfect for our stay. Parking on site.

Only slight point - the TV was brand new and hadn't been tuned in but it really is not a complaint, just a point for the LL to note.
