Will stay again at this nice hotel.

We had the nicest stay at the Shadow Inn. The front desk people were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good too. The room was comfortable, and even on the freeway side it was quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

TV had no remote and when we picked up one from the front desk the TV could not hook up to the cable. The room was clean and quiet, and we slept very well. We couple of maintenance items should be taken care of: handle on shower, loose deadbolt out of alignment; plug needs to be adjusted.

Arrived at 1:55am sign on door said employee was on break till 2:00am waited till almost 2:15 am for someone to show up. Bathroom tub was disgusting. Had hair all over the shower. The sink was filthy. When grabbing breakfast that morning the hotel staff 3 women to be specific where gossiping loudly in the middle of the breakfast area.

We've stayed here a couple of times just needing to stop during a long trip. The service is great but this is a very old Best Western. It usually has a lot of out of town workers that work odd hours. If you stay on one side of the hotel you hear the train, if you stay on the other side you hear the freeway. But sometimes you just have to stop and get what you can get. But the staff are very friendly.

Our stay was fine. Quick stay before heading to the airport which was nice to be close to the airport.

Asked for a quiet room and they accommodated us with one.

We stayed for 1 night, and the place was neat and clean when we arrived. The pool in the center of the complex was nice because the children were being watched at all angles. It was also a very good temperature, not too cold. We went with family members and we all had a great experience barbecuing in the area they provided us a barbecuer in. When I realized I had left my toothbrush the gentleman in the front found me one and even brought it up to my room. Would definitely enjoy staying again! Thank you!

Staff was amazing. Room was pretty Cold and awesome. But so dirty greasy ah d print on headboard and room stank like cigarettes really hard to breathe at night

Good location for a traveler going through. Close to historic downtown with good restaurant options. Nice breakfast. Good pricing.

I’ve stayed here many time in the past when visiting family, and it’s always been a decent hotel. However, its age is really starting to show because the inside just seem dated. While they replaced the beds and furniture since I last stayed. The rugs were horribly stained which brought in a yuck factor.The bathroom just looks old and not super clean. The tvs are super small and older nothing smart about them. Plus, the spas are now gone which was disappointing to find out. The pool was nice enjoyed a quick dip and like that they had towels outside for drying off. Breakfast was nothing special. They had all your basics, but lacked the proper condiments. I choose to have a bagel and then found out they didn’t have butter or cream cheese available. Overall I’d say it was just average. Safe, clean-ish , and quiet. 6/10

My only comment was that I requested a ground floor room and when we checked in, there were none available.

Room floor was very dirty, as soon as I walked around my legs were so dirty. Breakfast options were very limited. Place to sit was very very small. Pancake machine was broken but there was no note that it wasn't working. Kids were very disappointed and ended up having cereal. I had to take kids out for bagel. I will never visit this hotel.

Took over 30 minutes to check in. One person Working. She was very nice and professional but understaffed to say the least

Disappointed that I needed to have my door key programmed twice over the course of a three day stay. Broken curtain rod in room also left alot to be deisired.

The first room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had mold in the bathroom. They were able to give us a newer remodeled room that was better on m for our second night. It was pretty bare bones, but it was fine

Very nice property. Close to the freeway, without the freeway noise.

My room was a non-smoking room but smelled like cigarettes when I walked in. The carpet in the room was pretty stained. I understand that some rooms are remodeled, and they are in process of remodeling all of the rooms. The staff seemed a bit gruff, not wanting to answer questions, but just get done with check-in and check-out as quickly as possible. And with the breakfast, the staff was complaining out loud that guests were waiting before 7:00 when breakfast wasn't served until 7:00. Even then, the breakfast was not completely ready at 7:00 anyway when it was supposed to start, and the food was cold in some instances (Gravy for biscuits and gravy).

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. the rooms were very nice but the bathrooms could use an modern upgrade. But, I would happily stay there again.

Cost was too high, not worth it.

Property was old and the pictures did not do it justice. The pool was small and the faculity was old.

The overall feel was old and not really maintained. The worst part was the pool that was advertised as heated and it clearly was not. The number one reason we chose BW was to get the use of a pool! I thought perhaps the heater had recently failed but we were told it has NEVER been heated! False advertising and a huge disappointment.

I was enjoying my quiet room until around 3:30am when the smoke alarm starting beeping and a voice kept saying "battery low". Needless to say that ended my sleep for the night. Long day ahead!
