For the price of the room, the carpet had stains on it. There was some wallpaper with stains in the bathroom, which always grosses me out, and there was nowhere to sit other than a bed. There was one chair.

Fabulous view of Bentleyville across the road. Hotel was nice, not exceptional. Beds were comfortable. No one cleans your room or brings clean towels or glasses or empties the garbage during your stay. It’s up to the customer to search these out. Food in the revolving restaurant was good and the service there was great.

The hotel could use some updates. The carpet had stains and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. Some of the fixtures could use some repair.

Good size room and good security inside. Queen bed very comfortable. Off street parking is free and you get what you pay for. Years ago, this hotel used to be among the best now only average. Bathtub was original and stained, no ventilation in bathroom. The rotating restaurant is a must experience - unfortunately only two waitresses but they were good as was the food.

Friendly staff, clean, beautiful view! Only problem was not enough hotel parking Saturday night and I had to park in the overflow lot across the street. Thank goodness the weather was nice. In the future, it is suggested to build more parking floors. All in all, very nice stay.

Definitely was thinking that our stay was going to be nicer than it was. The ceiling paint was coming off. The tub didn’t want to drain properly. The toilet was extremely low to the ground.
We were hoping for a nice clean up to date room.

The hotel shows it's age. The upstairs restaurant's food I would not feed my dog. The server was great but the management was poor. Won't be staying there again as Duluth has more options for my money.

When we were there the WIFI didn’t work and only one elevator was working. This hotel has 16 floors and we had to always stand in line to get on.

The carpet, bathroom fixtures, closet and furniture are outdated. Room and pool area need updates. No complimentary breakfast offered. Very over priced.

The rooftop restaurant revolves. You got a 360 degree view of the habor/downtown area.
The property was clean but run down needs new carpet and wallpaper. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The A/C room # 1504 was so loud, even they give us the new room# 906 the A/C still loud, and the drain in the bath tub was not working, we have to skip the shower before check out. The restaurant turn up side down. ( before they have up scale restaurants, food was good and resealable price , atmosphere was excellent ).

The elevators were extremely slow, and you have to scan your key to use them. The parking was limited and in a sketchy garage where there were homeless people loitering.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and they refunded me one night of my stay because my flights were delayed, and I didn't arrive until a day later.

The hotel smelled like fish and cigarettes, everything was very old and worn out, and dirty. The shower drain didn't work so I was standing in a pool of water. The elevators were extremely slow, and you have to scan your key to use them. The parking was limited and in a sketchy garage where there were homeless people loitering.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and they refunded me one night of my stay because my flights were delayed, and I didn't arrive until a day later.

This is a nice place to stay and was very convenient for me to go to the train museum and train trips. The food was good (especially breakfast) and the staff was friendly and helpful. The decor is "tired" looking and needs replaced but overall I had a great stay there.

Our room was in the “annex” and not in the tower; which seems dumb to say but we stayed there specifically to stay in the tower since the last time was with the kids grandma.
Check-in was easy and the staff is really nice.
The property needs a deep-cleaning though.

Pictures of the property online are nothing like when you see it in person. Bathroom ceiling nearly falling apart. Hairs on the bed sheets, stay check you in and send you on your way. Not advise you that the room key is also needed for the elevator. Pricing is way of price, completely disappointing
