It wasn’t very clean, the air conditioner didn’t work but there was a fan, the curtains were broken hanging off the wall and the whirlpool tub was very dirty

Room was nice, but mirror in bathroom and around toilet paper was dirty, not to mention there was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper and no refill paper. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dust and overall it was not appealing. Breakfast was the same both days with sugary cereal, a few bisquits and gravy but 3 large bottles of ketchup. No hot sauce or anything. Also the bagels and bread were hard. It seemed that only 2 guys were running the whole motel, so I think they were trying. Our neighbor room was full of loud and roudy guys, seemed to be watching TV most of the day and night.. It was not a good experience overall

Everything was good. Comfortable beds

This was probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It was dirty. The entire property was unkept food. It was expired. They had a carton of half-and-half that expired in July. The room was filthy if we hadn’t have come in at 1 o’clock in the morning and had to leave by six we would have left.

The shower in our room was filthy. We had a handicapped accessible room and noone had moved the chair to clean under it. The tile was breaking. The light in the entry was burned out. The mirrors had not been cleaned. In the dining area, the cooler with milk and half n half had not been wiped down. There was milk and all over the handle both days. On Monday, they ran out of almost all food. Not happy with this stay at all.

If you’re thinking about booking this hotel - DON’T! Our sheets, pillows and comforters were covered in stains. We told the front desk and were moved to a different room. It had the same problem plus the fridge didn’t work. We told the front desk. A man in flip flops and shorts smelling of beer and cigarettes came to the room to replace the sheets and comforters. Those were also covered in stains. We left. Never stayed for the two nights I booked for our family. Refund was DENIED.

An amazing property for the price. Staff was attentive. Hotel was very clean.

The outside of the property was unkept, needed weeded or mowed. The shower and shower curtain were water stained. Cob webs in the room. Breakfast was cold, heating units were not turned on by staff. I will not recommend the hotel

bathroom corners need cleaned, hallway needed vaccum,bed way too soft and needed a fresh smell but breakfast was fine , and hot tub jets needed fixed otherwise ok

We checked in on Wednesday afternoon the 21st of August and our toilet kept running. I told the front desk on Thursday a.m. about it and said we were in rm 111. When we checked out Saturday the 24th nobody had looked at it or fixed it. Our fitted sheet on the bed had no elastic on it and kept coming off at night, found myself laying on the mattress all night. The sidewalks outside were overgrown with weeds and looked horrible. Everytime the air conditioner kicked in it was super noisy. Hotel needs some SUPER attention aand fixing. I am or was a Wyndham member and pretty disappointed with this unit...needs help!

Not only was the passcode easy to guess, we found out the door lock didnt even lock at all! There was no safety for our room. The window had no screen and did not lock and was large enough for someone to break in. We had to stay at our hotel for fear of our items being stolen. The room was incredibly dirty. The toilet seat had brown crust. The tub had debris. The towels were tattered and stained. The room smelled and the carpet was disgusting everywhere in the hotel. The plugs had layers of dust that have never been cleaned. The pillows were for some reason were mashed up into hard uncomfortable balls. The sheets were disgusting. They sent us an email before hand saying please dont leave a bad review which didnt click with me at the time because they were trying to be accomadating, but the state of the hotel shows that they arent willing to care for their guests by keeping it atleast at minimum ok to stay in. No accomadations will make up for the horrible state of the hotel. If they really cared they would do better. I should have read the reviews before but expedia did not show them to me. I saw reviews about staff stealing from guests and lack of cleanliness. I wish we would have chosen somewhere else. The room made me feel sick.
