Upon arriving, we waited about 30 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk for check in. A better system is needed when an employee needs to step away. There are parts that are being nicely updated (like the flooring in the rooms), but there are other areas that are either very rundown, not renovated well, or just dirty.

From minutes after I checked in, I realized the bathtub was dirty so I ran the water to try to clean it and the paint began coming off in chunks. The water didn’t drain properly. I was unable to take an actual shower my entire stay. I tried repeatedly to contact the staff in person and by phone and no one ever answered. The bathroom was disgusting. Contacted Expedia to help and no one was answering their communication requests either. The pool was out of service. Workout equipment broken. Breakfast cereal was stale.

Started with the parking lot. Big HUGE potholes and weeds growing everywhere. Glass and cigarette buts on the sidewalks. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Floors were dirty. Light shining in window and couldn't close the shade all the way. Just all around a very dirty and noisy hotel...will never stay there again.

Needed a last minute place to stay and this was a solid okay option. The walls are thin & the room doors are loud, so I was woken up frequently during the night by slamming doors. Old food was left in our fridge and the cabinet doors were falling apart. The night staff person was very friendly. But I couldn’t find a desk person in the morning to check out with, so I ended up just leaving my room keys on the desk. They have a breakfast and normally my expectations are low. All I really need is hot coffee. Somehow, the coffee tasted like bacon? If you just need a place to sleep and can find a good deal, this place works.
