Trash in the floor. Bathroom light switch cover, MISSING 25% of the cover and the wires showing. Major OSHA concern. Buffet breakfast 6AM-9AM. Even at 6:45 we could not make waffles or get juice. Did not take a bath; there was no Hot Water. Ran water for 20 minutes, still cold. So, we left.

A lot of broken things. Room was dirty. Looks like the bathroom had not been cleaned what so ever. There was dead bugs on the floor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not well cleaned. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and there was a plunger left in there. The toilet water was shut off when we got in the room. When we cut on the toilet water it ran and the vavle leaked.

Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk to check in because no one was there. Went to check out, had to wait because no one was there. I had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front. As soon as the phone started ringing, someone busted out of the back door

The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Sadly, there were roaches in our room.

The carpet smelled. The tub was filthy! There was paint peeling off the walls and falling onto the floor. The free breakfast was a joke! Frozen sandwiches, granola bars, and some oatmeal.

Positive: Beds comfortable. Fridge clean. Toilet, sink, tub clean. Check-in good. Convenient location/close to I264. A/C worked well. Negative: Carpet stained. Drapes dirty and stained. Chair stained. Desk chair broken. Dirt on walls (liked like something had dripped down the walls). Dirt on bathroom walls. Non-stop mat in tub peeling up. Bad odor in room. Breakfast bad/limited (waffle machine, microwaveable sandwich, oatmeal packets, packaged muffins, yogurt). TV glitchy. Dryer out of service. Pool closed (due to Hurricane/Tropical storm)--didnt open it even after 4 days post storm. Would NOT stay here again.

It’s a good place to stay in a not so great location

Upon checking in no one at the front desk. Stood there for about 10-15 minutes even called the number and kept getting hung up on. Finally the guy I saw walking in sitting on the bench comes in and guess what he was the employee who should have been at the desk. Next finally get checked in go to the room and could not even get in the room. Go back downstairs he sends me to another room and the bed was messed up. Went back to front desk he send me to another room once you walked in you could smell the mildew growing in there. Head back to front desk and we still him to just clean the room that the bed was messed up. He goes to the room we watch him go in and he comes out 2 minutes later and says it’s ready REALLY so all you did was go in there and fix the bed. So they finally took us around to find a room we picked one but the tub was dirty and it did not smell great. It was late we had been on the road for 11 hrs so we were exhausted. We decided to go get some disinfectant and cleaning supplies and candles and made it work. We did not plan on spending slot of time in the room. The area was infested with homeless people not to safe.
