I had gotten into a car accident on the way and the staff was so generous and sweet. I had to wait for someone to come get me as I didn’t have a car and they offered me to do a late checkout without charging.

Great stay and it was far enough from the airport to not hear the noise but still close enough to make and early morning flight. No restaurants close by to really walk to.

only you have to pay separately for parking, although usually hotels provide parking for free! the hotel is not bad, the room is clean, but the sofa was dirty, I had to change to another room

Did not get the bedding for the pull out bed. Said it was comming…. Went an got it at 11pm

I felt very welcome and comfortable as soon as I entered! The employee who helped me was super friendly and kind. We meant to stay for 2 nights, but I had to extend it for 1 more day and the woman who assisted with that made it super easy and smooth. Will definitely be back!

New building, everything is nice, good areas and rooms, come back again

The staff was very unprofessional and we found that out room table wasnt even clen so we had to have someone come to our room to clean the table that's disgusting

We stayed in the room for 3 nights surprisingly they didn’t even bother to house keeping for our entire stay

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

while staying at springhill suits, the staff had encountered a highly intoxicated man who was creating a big nuisance. staff handled it very well police were called, and the problem was solved. it was all done very discreetly and the did a nice job wrangling him away from customers. very well done.
