The hotel amenities are clean and all in good shape, as in the pictures. The hotel staff was really kind and attentive all the time, specially Fernando from the reception desk and Marcos from the reservation department. The beach in front of the hotel is below average, but the hotel is the best in the region, with an amazing pool and resting area, and a restaurant with good price and variety! The hotel also offer a lot of activities for kids, and a complete playground area. My family and I had an amazing vacation time there. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Old rooms (at least the one I got) - AC did take a long time to cool off the room, smell from drains (sink and shower), the dark curtain does not block the outside light.

For a stay of one night it might be ok, but I would not stay longer. The only positive is that it is right next to a beautiful beach. The rooms were very noisy, at 6 am in the morning I was awakened by noises of people from outside. The shower had a problem with the cold water, you only got very hot water which is odd. The wifi in the room was horrible, most of the time the connection was interrupted and the internet not working. The hall for dinner and breakfast had the atmosphere of a high school cafeteria and was inside (come on you are directly at the beach but you have to have dinner inside with no view???). Altogether in my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel and not worth the price I paid.
