This room was recently remodeled.It was very well maintained as was the outside area. Spotless and well stocked. The gentleman running the office (Brad) was very friendly, informative about the area and a big help. It was a pleasure to stay there and the room was very budget friendly. Would be happy to stay there again whether overnight or for a longer period when we have more time. Thanks Brad!

I have stayed here many times. The previous owner did a lot to freshen up the rooms in this older Motel. The new ownership looks to be continuing on with the same desire to have a clean updated place. The parking right at the door is a desire as I travel with a Show Car and like to be able to keep my eyes on it,,,as well it is very easy to bring luggage in and out of room to car. The parking spaces are deep enough to accommodate a small trailer in the same spot. It is very quiet at night and there are many places to get food close by. Beds a very compfy,,,but the pillows are very small but useable.

Okay but not 5 stars for sure. Had to pay $5 per person for the swimming pool. Okay but there where others in the area that were better.

This is a smaller facility that is handy when we visit our relatives in the area. We have stayed at other motels but have found this little motel is better than others.

Freezer was needing a defrost, refrigerator didn’t keep our food hardly cold we had to throw out. Pool was closed for “cleaning “on a Friday? Also they charge $10. This is a clean, roomy motel that's a little run down at the edges. The beds are comfy, and it's walkable to downtown with all the stores and restaurants.

Shower only put out cold water and when brought up to staff, they wouldn’t give us a different room or fix it while we were there.

Smelled like a musky old ash tray. The couch was disgustingly stained. On the plus side, the sheets appeared clean.

The property is a retro motel and is charming. The decore is dated but charming. It was very clean and well maintained. Impressive planters around the property gave a huge welcome. I would stay again when in the area.

We got there a little early and they offered to let us check in since our room was ready. Very friendly staff. Room was very large! Plenty of room.

I was very impressed with the manager of this property who is very involved in the upkeep and care of the property. We were able to park her motorcycles right outside the door from our room. There was an outdoor pool and the water was crystal clean and warmed up to 88°. What a luxury after a long day! The rooms are large and clean. I hope to stay here another time in the future.

Property was fine, for the price I paid. Desk clerk was friendly; another employee basically refused to speak to me at all, but that's OK I guess. I needed a budget motel convenient to downtown Sparta, and that's what I got.
