We stayed at your hotel, because we were scheduled to have a college tour of The Academy. The staff was kind, the hotel and rooms were clean. The only thing I would like to see change at this time, is the length of the shower curtain. It barely reached the edge of the tub, so shower water was getting outside of the shower/tub, and onto the bathroom floor. We had to use a couple of bath towels to wipe up the water.

The hotel was fine except the sagging mattress was terrible. Didnt sleep well and terrible backache.

Nice room. A bit chilly when we arrived but we adjusted the temperature . Pleasant staff.

Great staff that was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, quality, freshness and selection and was well attended to by very busy staff. Exterior signage and lighting was not working for the duration of our four night stay. Plumbing fixtures in our room were loose and poorly installed.

Our bedding had stains, and we constantly asked for more towels and did not receive them, our tub did not drain so we would be ankle deep in water every time we showered.

Very convenient location for visiting our niece in Colorado Springs and for day trips from there to Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, cliff dwellings etc. Spotless bathroom and clean, comfortable room and beds. Very nice breakfast options available as well.

Front desk was great and helpful. She's offered to keep the firepit going a little longer so we could enjoy it outside, as we got in late. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Clean facilities and comfortable beds.

This is an excellent hotel with very nice rooms and a great breakfast. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful with local information. Wish the bed had been more comfortable, but that is just me.

There was a dog in the room next to me that barked incessantly most of the day. I needed to rest before an event I had to attend (I had changed time zones and was struggling with that change) and was unable to do so due to the nonstop loud barking. I called the desk and was told if the owner was not in the room nothing could be done and further, I had no expectation of quiet during normal daytime hours. They took my cell number at check in, why not use the number they took from that room to say tend to your dog? That was not presented as an option they would take, instead I was told there is no expectation of quiet during the day. The barking continued after I called. The morning I checked out, I stayed into the room before heading to the airport and the barking was again nonstop. This 'no expectation of quiet during daytime hours' policy will absolutely affect my hotel chain choice in the future. I should have been able to use my room as a quiet place to nap during my stay there. I should have been able to watch TV in my room without constant loud dog barking. But I was not, and the staff unapologetically told me nothing could be done and I was in the wrong to expect quiet when the sun is up. The room was clean and comfortable, but the barking dog ruined my stay.

Quiet room. Above average breakfast. Very comfortable bed! There were a lot of restaurants close by. It was a great stay!

It was good enough for our one night stay. Just a bummer because there weren’t enough towels for all of us, the body wash was completely gone and there was no extra toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels and body wash. I loved the location just wish our room was better prepared.

Our only complaint is there was no hot water (only lukewarm) from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. I think the laundry was to blame. The room below us was having the same issue.

The room was adequate, not as clean as I would expect from a Marriott. The light above the mirror was out and there was a pile of dirt and stuff in the middle of the main hallway upon arrival. The towels are terrible. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
