Stunning property in a lovely scenic natural setting. Pictures could not capture all. I didn’t see another hotel that seemed to rival it. Staff had an exceptional concierge mentality (I.e. this was most impressive ). They literally spoiled me. They Kept an eye out for my best interest (ie activities, time frames, best prices for me, and the way I wanted to spend my time). The staff as a whole are super friendly. I Loved the included guided nature walk, yoga class and free shuttle to center of the town. Every staff member made me feel like a priority and welcomed.

We had few issues when we checked in. But the Manager Adi made the stay comfortable for us and sorted out all the issues we had. The issue is the building works happening next door is a little downside at the moment but Hotel Management trying really hard to maintain the brand reputation.

What an incredible place. My friends & family & I are so thankful we ended up here after having to leave our previous hotel. I can’t say enough good things - the rooms are great, the pools are great, and the food is great. The breakfast buffet has thousands of options, and the dinner menu is great. The rooms aren’t anything crazy, but they are clean, spacious, and have a nice balcony. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single employee, from the check in staff to the cleaners to the cooks are so pleasant. We were a party of 6, and they knew us all by name, knew our coffee orders and knew our room numbers. They are incredibly polite and go above and beyond to help with anything. The shuttle to Ubud is a great touch, as is the complimentary water. We were due to leave this hotel to head further north, but decided to extend our stay by two nights due to the amazing experience. After hundreds of hotel stays, this is for sure a top-10 worldwide. Special thanks to Gayatri at the breakfast buffet for her kindness and attention.

Wonderful, comfortable, clean, felt at home. Super nice staff, lots of choices and custom choices at breakfast, free shuttle to central Ubud, comfy beds and pillows, books, gym, restaurant.

We had a great time here! Service was excellent and when we had a problem, they quickly rectified it! Very relaxing place. Will definitely come back!

Service is AMAZING. Can’t overstate how they are everywhere all the time and know what you want or need before you do. The location is nice, along the river. The upgrade to the river view wasn’t worth it for us though. From the bar, the restaurant, the pool etc. you always have a view of the river. Happy hour, BBQ night, Satay night… all amazing! Likewise with the incredible buffet breakfast every morning!

Great property if you want the US feel without the US prices lol It's quite convenient and they have a shuttle that goes to the Ubud market a few times in the day.

The location is perfect for the Bali experience, it’s snuggle in the forest. The staff is very welcoming and attentive.

Fantastic place to stay in Ubud. The views of the river are great, the rooms are well equipped and clean, and the food was excellent. But what really impressed was the friendliness of the staff, who could not do enough to help. Would definitely stay again.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff's diligence to please us in our dietary needs, adding activities, and provide additional comfort elements. If you looking for a traditional good value hotel in Ubud then this is a good choice.
