We came to New Hamshire area to see the fall foliage. The Hotel and Gunstock resort close by were great and both have beautiful properties. Driving north to the mountains or doing Bike train or train rides. Reserve early cause it gets packed and sold out quick.

The appearance of the exterior was concerning but i was pleasantly surprised by the large room. Beautiful view.

Get away weekend to take in a concert which was nearby, hotel provided directions to the venue-views on the deck and from the lobby were incredible. Will definitely be back in the future.

It was a nice little place, but you're not going to get a "hotel" experience, if that's what you're looking for. It's in a beautiful location, and the ability to go outside and sit by the firepits (gas lit with a timer, so very easy to turn on) is wonderful.
On the flip side, the rooms are a little small, there's no real service like a hotel, and if someone is staying there with kids, it can be loud, as the walls don't seem to stop sound very well.
Overall a very reasonably priced place to stay near Gunstock.

Was out in the wrong room with the wrong bed size. The place is very loud in the sense that you can hear everything inside and out. HVAC did not work and kept me up all night. Heard a scratching at the door sound all night and did not sleep a wink. Requested a late checkout and was denied. Was treated rudely by other guests (questioning whether I had a room there). No fan in the bathroom, poor linens, poor shades (did not block light). Overall very poor and should be refunded.

Rooms are very nice. Lobby and coffee area also very nice. The exterior on the road side could use some work. But they are in the process. Wish they had vent fans in the bathroom.

needed more signage ie when check out was, loved the easy keypad entry. Would get a room with a view next time.
Maybe offer a grab-and-go breakfast. The coffee and tea service was excellent.

Lovely view. Gorgeous property grounds and nicely upgraded facility. Perks were having a fully stocked snack basket and water bottles for free.emptied the garbage and given us fresh towels. Otherwise it was great.

We were visiting friends at Lake Winnipasaukee and this hotel was just minutes from their camp in Gilford. Cute, modern lobby with coffee machine. No fuss, just what we needed.
