Seafront Villa Chelidonia is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located on a tranquil location of Meneou just a few steps from the Kiti beach offering beautiful sea views of Larnaca and Kiti Bay.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining area decorated with modern furniture, comfortable sofa, large flat-screen TV, dining table for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On this level, there is also a guest WC.
The upper floor features 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers a double bed, ensuite shower and unobstructed sea view, while the second bedroom that also offers unobstructed sea views offers two single beds. The third bedroom features a single bed with a pull-out bed. If you require the pull-out bed to be made, please request so before arrival.
The spacious covered veranda equipped with a dining table for 6 people extends into the lawn-covered garden that leads you almost to the seashore and is equipped with modern sunbeds and BBQ.
Beachfront Villa Meneou is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers private high speed internet and satellite TV with English, European and Russian Channels.

Beachfront Villa Meneou is located in a tranquil gated development just 200 meters from the water of Kiti Beach. The villa is conveniently situated in an area which has easy proximity to major towns. Larnaca Airport is about 7 minutes' drive and Limassol about 35 minutes. Along the coast there are various beaches that you can explore, Kiti Beach is just on the front of your garden, Faros and Coconut Beach is about 800m from the villa, Kite Surfers Beach is about 7km away, Secret Paradise and Aldiana Beach Hotel are bout 5.5km. Further west, about 15min drive is Zygi Marina and fishing harbor with beautiful restaurants and pubs. The center of Pervolia Village with numerous traditional taverns, cafes and mini markets is about 1km inland. The cosmopolitan Mackenzie Beach is about 10 minutes’ drive away and the center of Larnaca about 15 minutes.
Pervolia-Mazotos area is very popular with triathlon as well as mountain bike athletes from all over the world that come for their winter training in the area. The Kite Surfers Beach is favourite hotspot with a very welcoming bar while Mackenzie Beach offers an excellent windsurfing school with the latest equipment and world class trainers. For scuba divers, there are various ship wrecks to explore the most famous of which is Zinovia.
Chirokitia Stone Age Settlement dating back more than 5000 years and Amathounta are must see archeological sites. For the younger guests, the nearby Camel Park and Donkey Farm are definitely worth a visit.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
