Staying at Club36 with Bluegreen Vacations was nothing at all what we expected and I've never been more pleasantly surprised to have had that happen. We hadn't planned on staying in Vegas during the time we stayed. We were supposed to be in Missouri and the place we would usually stay in Vegas was not able to cover the whole time we were going to be staying here so we looked around for an AFFORDABLE option (We're frugal not cheap, take that however you like.) Since this stay was not planned to the max like any other trip might have been we focused mainly on that we wanted it to be inexpensive and have a kitchenette with a microwave so that we could possibly save some money on meals by having soup and snacks in our room. With that search criteria we located Club36. The images of the rooms were quaint but kind of looked more like staying at my Grandmother's but it was ABSOLUTELY the right price and so without doing much research other than trusting that the overall rating was on par with where we typically stay. I was genuinely surprised to walk into our room and see adequate storage for food, full size fridge, generous TV in the living area and a good sized TV in the separate bedroom. All things considered we were blown away by the amenities and for the value this place is purely amazing.

This hotel was awesome. It’s kind of a maze and hard to find my way around, bed was comfy. Counter space was very limited. Pots dishes and silverware are all included. Hot tub seemed very small. 6 adults and it was crowded. They gym was awesome I loved the gym. I would absolutely come back

Very clean employee very friendly. But the room was small because the laundry machine and the front desk toll me that I have to reported to Expedia because I didn’t make the reservation with them. The hotel is for members. I wasn’t happy with my staying

Room was comfortable and cosy. Possible presence of pets may have created a residual smell in the elevator. Geberally the property was very comfortable and good for family and couples alike.

On the day of my checked in was excited to stay there but when I got to my room I was not clean the floor was dirty the bathroom was not clean there was stuff in the toilet there was stuff on the table and the night stand and used stuff in the kitchen so I went to the front desk and show the pictures I took and the said sorry to hear that and the gave me a different room and then I was to do the tour and they had me scheduled for 9am but then the day of Janice said she couldn’t get me in and I was excited for that but it never happened

I was very happy to be able to avoid cigarette smoke at this property, it is hard to avoid in Las Vegas so I really appreciated this

Everything about my stay was perfect. The suite was clean, spacious, had everything provided. The walk-in shower is huge and luxurious, my favorite aspect of the suite. The bed was comfy. The suite has its own central air controls plus ceiling fans so it was comfortable and cool at all times. Check-in was smooth and pleasant with Jasmine and communication was excellent. I had never stayed here before but it'll now be my preferred accommodations anytime I'm in Vegas.

The floors in the two rooms left your feet black with dirt. Elevator smelled bad for 5 days. The people at the desks were amazing!!! They did make up for it. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We checked in and went out for the evening. When we returned to our room at 1:00am, our room smelled like a sewer had backed up. We had to repack our belongings and moved to a different room. The toilet ran all night in the new room.
