We liked the beach, the lush green garden, the fabulous breakfast, beautiful place for a holiday. Just the bathroom facility in the main building needs a refurbishment.

Robinson Club Khao Lak is great to relax, to push yourself in different sports or to just enjoy a big food selection - perfect also for a short trip if you live in Asia.

It was perfect. It was paradise and they did everything what we asked or wanted. Food was perfect. I loved it. Best place EVER.

amazing site and friendly staff. What we did not know was the concept of Robinson. Also be aware that everything will be in german incl the fitness class. Also there are theme parties you need to be aware of.

We absolutely loved it. It was better than we expected. All inclusive was amazing and pool area, gardens, room and atmosphere was very nice. Best hotel we have ever been. (If there is one thing to ”complain” its the guy who frieds the eggs in the morning, he wasn’t very polite and felt like it was a huge trouble for him if we asked him to frie us eggs, which is odd. And its strange because everyone else were so nice, and specially in the morning its not nice to start your day when there is one grumpy face there everyday.) But we didnt want to let him ruin our holiday haha, so otherwise this is the kind of place where you want to spend your holiday. Absolutely beautiful, we will be back next year. Thank you!

We didn't like the hotel that we originally booked for and so found Club Robinson on the internet, booked and arrived within a couple of hours. Club Robinson was wonderful. It's a german owned company so we were virtually the only English speakers there. It had a really nice welcoming atmosphere, they really seemed to want everyone to enjoy their holiday together. There were lots of families with older kids which was great to see. The food was fantastic - great range for kids and adults including healthy options. Wonderful pools. Great beach. Great staff. We were really pleased that we found this resort and would highly recommend it. There were activities for the kids available but we didn't partake as we were the only English speakers, although the staff would have all spoken English and welcomed our children, I'm sure. Lovely beach bars. Good sized rooms. Just wonderful.

Stayed at Robinson Club while playing in a tennis tournament which was well organized. Overall an efficient stay, hotel has good facilities, staff for the most part (in the main restaurant, housecleaning, at the sports facilities etc) were friendly and helpful. However, asked for a slightly late check-out (to noon / 12:30pm) as I had to play a tennis match that morning which was postponed from the previous evening due to the court's lights not working, the reception manager requested that I pay the half-day rate even though when I asked she confirmed the hotel is not full. I also told them that I had to go to reception to make the request as the room phone was not working, they did not seem to care and did not offer to have a technician to come & check it out. That was not a good impression on customer service but to be fair most other staff experiences were good, and the check-in & actual check-out processes were efficient. Wifi was terrible, in & out mostly out during the last day perhaps due to the rain? Between the experiences with the tennis court lighting, the room phone and the wifi, the property does feel a bit dated and can probably use a hardware update
