Our apartment, equipped with air conditioning, provides an ideal starting point to immerse yourself in the splendor of Paris.
It consists of, on the ground floor:

- An open kitchen overlooking the living area, fully equipped: 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and wine cellar.

Three modern master bedrooms with queen-size beds, wardrobes, and televisions. Two of them have an adjoining bathroom with a toilet, and a third with an en-suite bathroom (shower, bathtub, and toilet).

On the 1st floor, after taking a beautiful staircase:
