Great host, great location, lovely town

Air con only in the living room, fan is exising in the bedroom but in very hot summers it is bit too warm. For cooking would appreciate some sharper/variety of kitchen knifes

Great location in old town of Pollenca very quiet and so easy to walk down to the square and the many restaurants. Joan met us when we arrived and showed us the place we could park the car with easy access to the house. He was very welcoming and hospitable.

Villa Calvari is in a great location on the hill in the old town of Pollensa, just 60m from the middle of the Calvari Steps. Loved being able to walk down to the shops and restaurants during the day and in the evening, but still having the use of your own little private pool and terraces to cool off and relax in. The upper floor lounge and kitchen area was user friendly and well equipped - the table near the door was great for getting organised for a day out. Having two toilets was handy at those times too. It was all very well cleaned, which is important to us.

Driving up to near the house was via quite a twisty and narrow in places road, but the owner meets you down in the town and shows you the best route. It is perfectly OK and you get used to it, but if a nervous driver, perhaps best to leave your car further away or just avoid hiring a big car.

Beautiful location, so easy to check in and get the keys. Very well equipped kitchen too. So pleased with our stay.
