Comfortable beds, clean room, and lots of towels. Slept extremely well. Front desk staff and the manager are attentive, helpful, and kind. There was a kids hockey team staying in the hotel, and the manager ensured we had a quiet room, much appreciated. I met the cleaning supervisor in the hallway, and thanked her for the cleanliness of the rooms. You could tell she was very proud of the work that is done in this hotel. We had the city side room and the boys loved seeing the trains go by (they weren't loud, and they stop going by around 8pm) overall excellent sleep, excellent hotel.

First room was not with my co-worker. We asked for beside each other, where on different floor First room had no heat First room had flies all over the floor Hall ways where dirty

It was dirty, dingy, overpriced. The bed was comfy, the location was good.

Signs of water damage that hasn't been repaired. Bad smell in the lobby. Had to ask for soap at the front desk and was told they hadn't received their order. Only one elevator, so always waiting for it. Looks half broken down.

Our room had blood stains on the sheets we asked for new sheets and to have our room cleaned and they never did it but left a fitted sheet for us….. Our hallway was very dirty and our room had cobwebs and was not clean properly there was not even a roll of toilet paper on the holder when we arrived

Breakfast was just ok

Our room was ok size wise would have liked a queen bed better, pillows (pillows old and need to be replaced as you could smell body odor on them). The patio door was dirty and was in bad shape and hard to open and shut. The real let down was the shower if no tub there should be hoses women really need that to properly clean themselves especially when the water pressure was not good! Also the shower curtain rings were broken and tap leaked in sink, light out on lamp. Our door lock was giving us problems and we had to do it several times to get into our room each time! Air was not great the first night we were hot and no control over thermostat.

I liked the environment, location, management, facilities.

The room keys are so problematic. It often been disabled and they said it happens when we keep the keys near any debit or credit card or telephone.

Room was updated. Bathroom needs updating.

Breakfast did not have bacon, sausage or ham.

Breakfast was pretty good but a bit limited. There were bagels and waffles with spread but no toast. Coffee and orange juice were good. Plus, hard boiled eggs.

Staff is fantastic! They are doing what they can with what they have been given. Location is very convenient. Plenty of parking spots - closed and open both. WiFi was decent as well. Breakfast is basic but don't go in expecting much.

Facilities are dated and not as comfortable. But you get what you pay for. DO NOT book a room with city view. The rooms are not insulated enough. i.e. sound from the road, rail (which is extremely close by), as well as the hotel entrance, was constantly coming in (and we were on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey bldg). In fact, the noise from the external HVAC was constantly on and audible throughout the night. Not sure if the opposite view has HVACs too or not.

The shower looked dirty, meaning, I could see pink residue when you don't clean and there was dirt on the shower wall. The pillows were small.
