Well my favourite part was being upgraded without even being informed. It was my wedding weekend and we had booked a smaller queen room because the big king room was booked so we were talking to the front desk about how we can fit the wedding party in the small room its no big deal. She had said that if shes able to switch some things up to get us the room she would call us to let us know so we could pay the difference. We checked in and what did we check into? The large king suite. We were literally bamboozled. We felt so special. Thank you so much Emma and team, You all are really great.

Not a darn thing. Everything was just perfect.

Bathroom not clean, bed full of hair, not sure towels were clean, and woke up to find large bug in the bed.

jet tub required a very good cleaning before it was usable

Price didn’t really match the room is a bit overpriced for how dated it is in my opinion . Was our anniversary nothing done or said (was in notes )

The staff were very polite and helpful. The housekeeping staff met my every need quickly and professionally

I had no serious issues (except I had a problem with my keys not working which were easily replaced)

Didn’t have breakfast. Was it included?

No pool

The staff were great, it was an easy check in. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The hide-a-bed was super uncomfortable though.
