hmmmm. the amenities were consistent with the rest of the chain

couldn’t check in until 4:30pm(check in is SUPPOSED TO BE 3:00) there seemed to be a lot of lint, or other substances on floor & bed

Rooms were acceptable. No weird smells or anything.

After arriving 2 hours after posted check in time we had to wait in the cold lobby for 50 mins for our rooms to be cleaned. The front desk woman said there was no mgr there for the whole weekend. She was unprofessional and seemed frazzled. Others were waiting as well. You have to take the elevator down to get to a 1 person bathroom which was strange. The lobby furniture needs to be replaced and CLEARLY they need more staff! We had somewhere to be and this experience threw a wrench in our plans. I don’t think I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! the beds were comfortable.

No microwave in the room. Signs said pool/spa but there was no spa (hot tub).

Location was perfect and was close to places we needed to go.

Non-smoking rule REALLY needs to be enforced! Second night my room smelled of Marijuana coming from the hallway.

The fee for the pet was high and unknown till I arrived.

The garbage outside by the front door was overflowing with trash! The floors were dirty when walking in! The hallways needed to be vacuumed! The breakfast wasn’t very good! Out of many things! All of the tables were dirty and sticky! The windows were filthy! Very outdated compared to many other Hampton inns

It was clean. Easily accessible from the highway. Friendly staff.
