There was a homosexual party around the shared pool, with approx 200 attendees. This was very inappropriate for family accommodation, and families with young children wanting to use the pool.

Great events, pool, free margarita hour

I know its possibly because of the area and location, but the lack of disclosure provided around events and times, type of events made it a bit of a shock as it was often unexpected

Property was cool, pool area was nice but cold to use it. Room was nice and valet staff were wonderful

Room was in a noisy spot, heating wasn’t very strong, gym was average, location is ok but is pretty far to shopping areas etc, only good if you want sunset strip, reception staff were pretty rude, so it was def not worth $400 a night

Posizione e servizi impagabili. La struttura è nuova e ben curata. Il plus di questo hotel sono sicuramente i servizi offerti per intrattenere gli ospiti in un ambiente festoso e vivo. Ogni sera l’hotel propone live music o eventi. Dalle 15.00 alle 16.00 vengono offerti margarita gratis a tutti gli ospiti dell’hotel e ogni mattina viene offerto il caffè. Lo staff (sia bar che hotel) è gentilissimo e cordiale.

Il parcheggio per l’auto è extra e non esattamente economico. Meglio valutare altre soluzioni in zona. Se cercate un hotel silenzioso forse non è la soluzione giusta per voi.

Everything is delightful in this hotel – it exudes friendliness and artistry.

While it's not my first visit, I have a small suggestion for the management. On the first day, my room wasn't serviced, so I approached the reception. They informed me that housekeeping is not a daily service and needs to be requested 24 hours in advance. Personally, I prefer hotels over apartments due to the convenience of room service. I appreciate returning to a well-made bed and a clean room after a day of work. While I understand this might be a new policy, it's something to consider for future stays, as it may influence my choice of hotel.
