Comfortable and met my expectations while exceeding some in terms of the property being fairly new. One of the best Quality Inn Suites I’ve stayed.

Pool and spa were okay. The morning breakfast buffet was good and clean.

Olivier on the phone was extremely nice to accommodate our change request. Breakfast was decent with good choice and quality.

The staff one duty on our arrival could have been a bit more accommodating by allowing early check in. There were sick kids in our group that had to stay in the lounge for hours to be able to check in. Our stay was during a hockey tournament weekend and the place was packed, long waiting at breakfast, and kids everywhere. Not really hotel's fault though.

I am unable to say as the property was overbooked and I was moved to a different property. the staff I spoke with when I was advised this occurred were very nice and helpful

The hotel looked nice from outside,

I had confirmed the request for two bed with front desk when I added the requirement for a pet. When we arrived we were given a very uncomfortable sofa bed, spoke to front desk and it was indicated that he might be able to move us but when he spoke to his supervisor he cam back and said no. Told me to speak to his supervisor the next day when we checked out only to be told she doesnt start until 8.30am. We were checking out at 8am
