Beautiful facility. Very comfortable bed. Great location

It was decent enough, but I was not blown away compared to the marketing on the website.

Coffee hour in the morning, wine hour in the afternoon... that was pleasant surprise! Staff were very kind and helping.

The folks at the desk were excellent and really tried to meet all of my needs.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like other than not being able to get a cab to the airport. But that was the Marathon's fault.

Every time I come here the staff are wonderful, it’s such a great looking hotel and always a great price.

The hotel is really nice, room are clean and comfortable and have a good style, location is amazing. I was afraid as it was the cheapest 4 star hotel that it would be bad, but it was not, really like the stay

The wine hour is an incredible feature to have. The staff were attentive towards every need, and had genuine attitudes. They are all hard workers I enjoyed there assistance even if I only stayed for the weekend.

The rooftop Garden was such a relaxing area to walk around,take pictures, or read a book,etc.

I loved the drink hour and the staff all told my girlfriend happy birthday(that was the reason for us traveling). The staff were all amazing!

There was some loud construction across the street early in the morning but that’s out of your control.

Great location next to BART and close proximity to restaurants. loved the happy hour between 5-6 pm and the staff was wonderful. Rooms look recently redone and lots of space. nice size bathrooms too. Would definitely stay again!!

Well someone pulled the fire alarm and that wasn’t fun…although not the fault of any of the staff.

I appreciate the friendly and respectful staff from the lobby upto the people who were serving us during the happy hour, the coffee, free still water , I like the spacious bathroom, the large closet, good & safe location , and the quietness in the hotel possibly they have noise cancellation.
