N/a wasnt able to check in bc of 200 deposit. I explained to the guy the previous 2 hotels I booked turned out to not be pet friendly. So my funds were a little tied up. Explained I could do $50 and still no. Yet I was charged the full price I paid for the room. Even after he said he would cancel without a fee. They kept the entire amount. Bunch of crooked people. The beat was very comfortable.

We had 2 issues. 1) the key card was not working the 2nd day so we had ro go ask for a new. 2) and the internet was not working well at all.

The rooms where great and the beds where really comfortable. The rooms where clean and tidy and you felt very safe.

The 2 receptionist where very rude and ignorant. When I went to reception the man behind the desk just in a very rude manner said credit card and ID no please at all and he couldn't even look at me when asking for them. So I just replied please that what we say in the UK and reiterated it to him. I couldn't believe that I was a customer paying there wages they simply hadn't the time or day for us. They need serious customer service training. We was doing route 66 and we had stopped at 14 hotels before stopping here but they where all pleasant and helpful.

Location was great , clean and comfy

I didn't like that they made me move my car and wanted 20$ for parking. They also said there was no parking. Street parking at own risk..and there was no Comforter just a sheet

We weren't offered onsite parking even other cars were parked after we checked in.

Parking space was small and limited and had to pay $10/ night. When I booked it said free parking
