Clean enough. The bed was good. Nice staff. Felt safe.

You’re not gonna find conditioner and lotion along w your shampoo, and that’s okay. But I nearly fell back out of that one chair because it’s a recliner type, but then it swung WAAAAY backward. The black plastic was also peeling everywhere. When I brought that up w the desk, got told “they’re all like that.” Breakfast was bagels and white bread and there was a stick of butter and a jar of peanut butter, coffee with little portions of half-n-half but no milk, a juice machine in the next room but no fruit or any other snack. This was a $130 room in a 2 star hotel near the other 2 star hotel that was $90-something. I picked this one because it had better ratings, but I don’t get what I was paying so much money for.

Smoke free room smelled like smoke. Were told we would be charged a fee is we smoked!!!had to return to desk to get drinking glasses. No water provided.

Nothing tried canceling and nobody could help me from hotel Priceline and this stupid site booking.com

Their was a strong smell of old cigarette smoke that seemed to be built into the walls and carpet. But what ruined it was the roaches. When i went to the staff they tried to tell me it was a different bug but not a roach. As if i didnt know what a roach looked like. It was a roach and then I had a very hard time getting my money back. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't put my enemy in this place.

There was no breakfast except coffee. The ceiling in the room we rented was falling down... the sheets were disgusting and there was someone on our floor fighting all night with what I assume was there bf/ husband ... went on till 3 am loud we called the front desk and nothing was done about it

Fix the place up remodel is well over due...

Very friendly staff.

Property looks like it was undergoing a badly needed renovation. Locks in the room were broken both on the hall door and the sliding glass door. We had to block the door closed with the ironing board. Breakfast included was a fruit and nut bar and coffee.

In our cross country trip this was the most expensive place we stayed and the least valve for our money, the dirtiest, worse excuse for a breakfast.

It’s perfectly adequate. Close to Stewart airport (short ride, not really possible to walk). Some aspects are a bit tired but it is very clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly (Louis- he was fab and happy to answer all of my question) and the cleaning ladies were very friendly too. Louis makes exceptionally good coffee in the morning!

It was advertised to include breakfast but breakfast was coffee, juice and cereal bars.
