The location was central but not particularly close to cafes, public transport etc.

Wifi did not work at all, bed was completely sunk in, there was a strange smell through the whole building, sheets and towels were not clean, you could hear everything going on above and to the sides of your room and there were screaming matches in the middle of the night with threats to call the police.

There was a hole in the bathroom door there was no bath mat in the bathtub so the bathtub was very slippery and I almost fell there was no window seat the bed was the most uncomfortable I'd ever been in it had two box springs not even a mattress it sounded like I was sleeping on a piece of cardboard every time you turned there was no fan in the room there was nothing in that room that looked anything like the descriptions in their ads not a very good place to stay there was a moldy stuffy smell it was terrible I got 4 hours of unhappy sleep and had to get up and leave at 6:00 in the morning my husband went out to check on the car and got locked out of the building which is ridiculous he had to sit in the car until I could come down and open it open the door for him

They don’t have Air Conditioning in any of the rooms. Just a fan that barely works. This was the worst hotel experience of the whole trip for us.

It could have been more clean. We found hair in the shower even though it was supposed to be cleaned before our arrival. Sink was blocked so the water couldn't go through.

Location is close to some nice eateries. walking distance to Fishermans Wharf. and close to Bus network. Friendly and helpful staff and WiFi speeds are fine to work remotely.

I was given a room that was not made ready. staff very apologetic. I was given a new room but that had a noisy Fridge so I unplugged it. Not the first person to do so as it had mold inside since fridges gather mold when unplugged and not leaving the door slightly open. The hotel is a little tired and the outside is in need of a renovation paint job. I can see they are doing renovations and this will take time. Friendly and helpful staff however. It is one of the cheapest hotels on Booking.com so the price is fair for what you get.
