Clean. Nice pool area. Kitchen was small but had everything you need.
A few of the outlets did not work. Main light in the bedroom did not work. We were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator. That made it a little tough getting things to and from the room. The indoor pool was too cold for me to want to swim in. Room was a little small for the four people in my group.

I liked everything about the room and facilities. The staff made a room adjustment that placed us in a very nice room in an excellent location. I enjoyed the bbq businesses they brought on the property.
I have nothing negative to say about our stay or about the facilities.

Room-burner missing on stove, shower curtain stained, cupboards not closing properly, card to open room replaced twice still not work, elevator not working properly-a safety concern and reported, decor of room from 1980. I don’t think you want me to post pictures I took of room.

Accessible location, very close to Opryland and the airport. Nice spacious room. Functioning elevator. The lady who checked us in was awesome, very knowledgable of the facility, friendly and welcoming.
Carpets could stand a deep cleaning. Higher water pressure in the room would be nice esp when multiple water supplies (e.g. two faucets) are being used at the same time. Don't pressure guests to attend the sales pitch; stating "not interested" once should suffice. The sales pitch team needs to get current on local eateries as some dining establishments suggested were closed.

The outside patio has spiders and webs all over the place so I couldn’t enjoy sitting out there
The Bed was like sleeping on plywood.. very VERY Hard
This part isn’t anyone’s fault but I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and I had to kill the biggest spider I’ve ever seen then I couldn’t go back to sleep… huge fear of spiders lol
