The parking at the hotel was very expensive.

The gentleman who helped me at the front desk in the evening was absolutely lovely. Everyone was very friendly and we will definitely be back! Loved how close it was to everything!

Location was great, it was clean, the room view was awesome.

The checking was a super long line (holiday weekend) and even of that, they only had 2 people helping guests, they should have more for stuff like this. I waited about 30 mins in the like to get checked in to then get a room that was occupied. Then, they offered me an upgraded room for only $20 more, I said yes, but they never specified that it was $20 more per night, they should be clear about that. All of this were just minor inconveniences though, I'd go back to that hotel.

Location was great easy to walk to local attractions, easy parking, nice lobby, rooms had newer carpeting and were clean.

Beds were very uncomfortable, very softy/springy, didn't sleep well. Each evening there was no hot water so could not shower until late or in the morning. Very low water pressure, just a trickle so could not use the main shower head, just the hand wand.

I was told restaurant was open til 12 when, in fact, they stopped serving food at 10:00pm. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced.

I traveled in Seattle so many times and this was my second visit to Westin. Unfortunately, we won't come back here anymore. Checked in after 6 pm and went out for dinner right after. Came back to the room at almost 10pm, we found a wet bedding sheet which was too smelly and seemed to be sprinkled by someone else. My husband Called to housekeeping, they all left. We had to change rooms at midnight. No one came to the room to check what it was and did not ask if your clothes were wet too. My husband’s PJ has been wet. My husband lay down there for like 10mins, unaware that it was a wet sheet. Very disappointed their services. We could not sleep well that night. I complained about it because we really wanted to know what it was. My husband was so offended that a strange liquid had touched his body. They even did not check it until our check out time. The funny thing was the staff offered 50$ voucher for a beverage after my complain. I refused it. Apparently, they do not care about customer service. They don't know what is important. I highly not recommend here for family trip who have kids. The room was filled with dust a lot, especially you're going to take on a lot of dust in the closet door every time you open it.

The line to check in was ridiculous! They don’t have enough parking and make guests park on street, the bed pillows are horrible, and worst of all there is no coffee in the room!

Individual staff members were very good. Location is right down town. Room was clean and comfortable.

Terribly understaffed on a holiday weekend which made for long lines and lack of service. Issues with the internet could not be addressed because there was not enough staff to attend to it (the staff that were there were helpful and working hard but they just didn't have enough folks scheduled).

Staff were very nice and accommodating, pool good for a hang out with kids. Plus we got some credits for their bar.

Were there supposed to be robes in the room? It was only a short stay so didn’t bother asking but would have been helpful when going to the pool.

Beds were wonderful and the location was quite central.

For the price, it felt like they missed a lot of basics. There were hidden fees (e.g., $25 per day that was automatically taken for food which you could only use in person at the hotel restaurant, charged for wifi). The hotel also had lots of quirks in cleanliness / maintenance (e.g., 2/3 of the elevators in our tower were malfunctioning, there were old chicken bones on the ledge outside our window, there was a sticky substance burnt onto the iron in our room that nearly ruined my shirt 30 min before a wedding).

The gym is too small. Decent equipment, but below average size gym for a hotel of this size.

We had a great view from our room and loved that. Very comfortable beds. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and that was great. We enjoyed staying in the same hotel as our friends.

The chairs in our room were very worn. There seemed to be some confusion about if we'd used the mini bar (we didn't) but we did move some things so we could refrigerate some of our things.

Clean. Bed was comfy but small for 2 adults.

Parking. States has Valet parking but lot was already full so we were sent us out into DT Seattle after rattling off parking close by. When you are not from the city, this an be hard to navigate. Also, a full bed is a tight sleep for 2 adults!

There wasn’t to many options on the late night menu, but obviously it was pretty late and no one wants to have to cook so late so I do get it
