The hotel staff were wonderful. They understood our problem (which was not of their doing) and pulled together to make things right for us.

This hotel advertises that it has an airport shuttle - it does not! The one-way fare to or from the airport is $40+. This seriously changes the whole value equation for this property.

Clean courteous and nice people no outside noise other than what was in the room and a very comfortable bed sleep very well.

Couldn't find a thing!

The room was big and comfortable

We booked for bed and breakfast and for only bed on the final day! There was no breakfast! And we weren’t even told! We only found out when we went out of our room. They casually told us there was no breakfast, and we would get a refund for the breakfast. I’m still waiting for that refund!

The staff at the front desk were wonderful! Location for UVA is great.

I have never spoken to or been spoken to by a hotel manager as rudely as I was by the manager of this hotel. I tried to amend the reservation but she refused to work with me on that and told me she would just cancel my reservation. I ended up having to keep it and paying for an extra day that I didn't even use due to her unhelpfulness and rudeness. People like this should not be in the hospitality industry and should be able to speak to customers politely and kindly. Will never stay there again on principle. Gave a sour taste to our whole visit.
