Bathroom need an upgrade

Very courteous and efficent staff.

Lobby was nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious

It was a little old and the room had cobwebs. So the room could have been cleaner and the carpet was wet by the refrigerator

I like that it's close to my airport job site. I like how large the room and bathroom are. I like that's it safe. I felt very comfortable there.

I didn't like that you have to pay everyday for parking. And parking in the front is limited. My door key card had to be activated everyday. I didn't understand why.

Staff not courteous. Was charged for Parking when the property description on Bookings site said Free Parking. When asked, the staff said pay or leave!

Convenient location from/to airport. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast to get day started. Nice atrium.

1) The reception doesn't answer when you call them at the phone... me and my friend tried multiple time to call them to book the airport shuttle to get to the hotel and no one answered. At the end we had to call for an Uber. 2) When we finally arrived at the hotel and we did the check in, we explained to the guy at the front that we weren't able to book the shuttle from the airport and his answer was really annoying. He looked at us as he wasn't believing us and he was super annoyed by us and rude. 3) The day after when we woke up, we found a big bug on the wall of our room. That's definitely unacceptable. 4) When we left, we managed to book the shuttle to get to the airport at 12.00pm , we went outside to wait a little bit before 12.00, just to be sure to be on time... to be honest we could have wait inside with no problem. The shuttle showed up after 25 minutes and the reception even had to call it to ask where it was. I was definitely expecting more by this hotel, I'm really disappointed.

Bathroom shower . Heating element in the room was so loud ! Repairs to that unit and bathroom are definitely needed!
