I liked how close everything was to the hotel! Everything was super accessible. The bartenders at the restaurant on 7/3/24 were super awesome and polite and did a great job!

The location is great, walkable to downtown and restaurants, right next to Congress Park, plus there’s a convenience store right across the street. There is a local shuttle that drove us to SPAC which was a huge convenience.
The room was OK size but the beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom looked like it hasn't been updated since the 70s.

booking.com said it was 2 queen beds when I got there I was told the facility did not have queen beds I was not happy

the property was located within walking distance to a lot of attractions and food options.
I had to run both the sink and shower at the same time to get any hot water. If I didn’t, both would go cold. the water in the showed would start hot but within a few minutes run ice cold. For the price point, that’s unacceptable.

Shuttle to casino could go later than 10:30-11pm
Clean room better. Found huge cobweb in corner of room by lamp. No way someone could miss that.

The layout is very confusing and it’s a bit dated especially for the price.
