The stay was great. It was clean and super friendly. Loved the parking. Room was clean. And the inside was quiet.

We were too close to the road. It was noisy and woke us up super early in the morning.

Location is great - easy to pull out and take a bridge across the river to downtown. Views of the river are really great. lobby seems fairly well kept.

Parking for guests is confusing at best, with in/out payment systems seemingly not functioning and the staff unable to provide clarity on how it's meant to work. My room was really not clean. Carpets were stained and black with filth, bathroom wasn't well kept and seemed to have some water damage.

The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant. View was phenomenal. We were surprised with a balcony which we enjoyed. The housekeeping/facilities staff were excellent.

The bathroom was in tough shape. There was little room for toiletries. The wallpaper was stained. The paint was chipped. The fixtures were old. The bedroom carpet was badly stained. We had to have the room temperature adjusted, but someone arrived within minutes to address our situation. We were very grateful for that. However, when they removed the covering for the air conditioning unit, the floor below it had dust which I'd expect, but it also had pieces of trash.

The staff and the location

The room was disappointing. Bathroom door was off the hinges, it was struggle to open and close. The rug needs to be replaced. Patio door lock needs repair. Heating and cooling unit needs dusting. The noise in the hall was terrible, dog barking.

It was dirty, dingy, old carpet smelled of urine and there was an odor in the hallway.

Go anywhere but here. I’ve stayed at Motel 6 cleaner than here. Drunks in the lobby loitering and smell of pot everywhere. No soap in the room. Fresh stains on the chair toothpaste all over the sink stains on the walls. Patio door wouldn’t shut let alone lock. The door to the room looked like a piece of plywood painted. You could hear the drunks stammering up and down the halls screaming outside. Couldn’t believe the price for this place and that anyone would stay longer than 10 min. Go anywhere but here.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen,der Teppich war sehr sehr dreckig,das merkt man auch am Geruch,den man mit viel Raumdeo versucht zu überdenken. Der Safe funktionierte nicht,da fehlten die Batterien. Für uns war das Preis-Leitung Verhältnis in keinster Weise stimmig.

My room wasn’t ready when it was time to check in. My wife had to change clothes in the bathroom to meet out reservation at the restaurant. The view was good facing the river. Half the view was looking at the roof top of a lower building. For $300 for one night wasn’t what I expected.

Fantastic location and the staff was amazing. So friendly!

It could use a refresh. Noticeable wear and tear, but nothing that would deter us from staying there again.

My first room looked dated. The balcony door wasn’t working , they switched the rooms and the bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean writing was on the glass in the shower. So that tells me that they didn’t properly clean the shower. I bought my own cleaning supplies and I cleaned and wiped some the room. The AC unit wasn’t working properly and it leaked so the carpet was WET….

The pool was clean but hoped for the bar to be open. Ruth Chris was an amazing dinner.

I was not informed that we had to pay for parking even though we self parked. Also, when I asked about buying cookies, the front desk manager interrupted me to say twice, ask for a cookie tin.

My wife had medication that needed refrigeration and our room had none available, she had to use another guest refrigerator because the option to go downstairs in the middle of the night wasn’t feasible

The room was in terrible condition for a $200 / night hotel on the water in Jacksonville. I expected much cleaner bedsheets, better comforter and more comfy pillows that were cleaner. The sheet smelled a bit wrong.

was surprised that the breakfast buffet was $20 each. thought it was included in the room rate.

the location of the property was exceptional, as was the exterior of the property.

the rooms and facilities inside need updating badly! the plumbing was terrible. the shower would not drain properly and the tub would start to fill up before you were able to finish showering. instead of body wash, body lotion was left in the tub to use. paint was peeling from the tub, and there was no space inside the bathroom to put anything. the toilet was clogged our entire stay, even after maintenance came to unclog it. the carpet inside the rooms needed to be updated as well as hallway. the air conditioning unit was very dusty. overall not worth the price. the staff were friendly though.
