The location worked well for our purpose. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The Breakfast was very good. The suite we were in was nice

The one staff person on duty was very busy and had a difficult time getting things done. Had to come back to the front desk numerous times to get the things requested at Check in. Eventually we got everything we needed.

• Our room was on the main floor and didn't have to climb stairs. • Convenient location for the places we planned to visit. • Lots of towels provides given that it had a spa tub.

• Parking was very inadequate. There are hardly any parking spaces, and there was nowhere convenient to unload without being in the way of other traffic • My husband and I only boom jaccuzzi rooms when we travel. We only have a shower at home, so we enjoy soaking our sore muscles when we can. We booked the room with the jetted tub and were highly disappointed by how small the tub was as it was barley large enough for an average size adult to submerge in. • We booked this hotel specifically not only for the spa tub room but because it advertised and showed pictures of a guest-use pool and hot tub. While checking in, the staff posted signs that the pool was not open. We had brought swimming suits to use the hot tub for backup in case the jetted tub wasn't convenient for the two of us. When I inquired about the use of the hot tub since the pool was closed, we were told that the hot tub was no longer in service and had actually been closed off over two years ago. • The price for this room was very reasonable when compared to prices of other rooms with a spa tub however given the size and practicality of the room and features, I do not feel that the room was priced accordingly. • Housekeeping was not very thorough. Before checking out, we did a clean sweep of the room to make sure all of our trash had been picked up and we hadn't left any belongings behind. In doing so, we found handfuls of blue rose pedals underneath and behind the bed that did not belong to us. Therefore, had to have been left behind from precious guests. In summary, the main reasons/features that led us to choose this hotel over others in the area, we were not even able to use.

Everyone was friendly, efficient,and our room was wonderful. Breakfast included a very attractive and covered all good groups.

It would have been nice to have an ice machine on the first floor.

The staff was engaging and helpful. Location to downtown was good. Easy in and out.

A towel had oil or grease on it, the top cover on the bed 3 stains on it, like food or sauce. Went to get out of the pool and there were no towels, drip dried to the room, kids were freezing.

There was breakfast provided and an indoor pool.

There could have been more equipment in the gym as well as having the gym cleaned. The TV in our room didn’t work, the jacuzzi was dirty and we had to clean it before using it. There was cleaner left in our room. The AC did not work well. It was constantly hot in our room even with the temperature set to the lowest setting.
