Convenient to Kay Bailey Hutchinson convention center but far enough away to avoid the traffic.

There was a huge hole in the floor right under the air unit. We reported it and it was never fixed. We ended up putting one of the ottoman over it so our 4 year old didn’t fall threw and hurt herself

The internet/cable was out my whole stay. i had to watch tv on my phone me and son

The room was nice the bed was comfortable the shower was clean in the restroom and the breakfast was good the location was amazing. And the view was great and the housekeeper we very nice worker too.

When a Thunderhead hit their line my bathroom light in my Tv was off and the second floor Highway light was off in the elevator also. So I went downstairs to tell the front desk and they said they was going to have somebody to come and fix so I waited from 2:46pm to that night around 6:00pm or 7:00pm. I tried to call the front desk and see if someone still was going to come she said the electric people probably going to come but she didn't know for sure. In it got late like around 10:00pm going on 11:00pm then I know something was up I knew that there was lying I knew that no one was going to come and when I did call one more time she said the Elevate people was there. they had told me a lie when I woke up that morning in try go to tap on the elevator but it did not open so I knew no one did not come no electric people did not come as well. So i'm not going to come back to this hotel no more for there lies they told me in other people know about that too that they lie about it too.

location was good..I care not to make a comment of the breakfast it needs improvement.

no juice was available, the same eggs, half cooked bacon, same bread breakfast needs a makeover

I didn't like the breakfast service. The coffee was cold, no one check if we needed bread, water, juice.. The lady in the kitchen was always sitting. We would have to resupply everything. People smoking weed across my room. The staff need to check these people. I was very unsatisfied with the service. You lost my business at this brand of hotel.!

Breakfast was good and fresh. Cooked to perfection.

Card was double charged after we had already paid for stay in advance.
